Lots of seating and sleeping for group or large family. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfy with lots of warm blankets. We loved the closeness to ski area. Hope to come back for longer someday.

This was a perfect place for our family to all get together! Everyone had there own bedrooms and the beds were SO comfortable with extra soft blankets. The hot tub was great after skiing all day. They even had high chairs, toys, and a portable crib for the little ones. Hoping to make this an annual trip.

Family Ski Trip

The place was very adequate for our family of 13--8 adults and 5 children. We loved the convenience of easy access to the ski slopes and grocery store. The beds were very comfortable. One suggestion would be to have a couple of step stools (one near the bedroom with the bunk beds) and another downstairs for the kids to stand on to wash their hands. Also lacking some basic condiments (table salt and vegetable oil).

Family Fun!

The property was was just as nice as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, kids dishes, utensils, pots, pans and crock pot. The waffle maker was an added surprise. With 6 adults and 8 kids, this was extremely helpful. A little surprised to find plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel. A lot of places only give you enough to get started. Diane was a great host/property manager. Would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed this house! It accommodated our family well! The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked!House presented well but it could use a deep cleaning of baseboards and ceiling fans. It wouldn’t keep me from booking again but that is why I gave cleanliness 3 stars. Also, a house that size could use more bath towels. Also, listing states it’s brand new but I don’t think it’s brand new anymore. It is a newer build in a developing neighborhood but appears to be at least a few years old.We appreciated the close proximity to Granby ranch for skiing and the City Market being so close for our frequent forgotten grocery items!Our host was very responsive to messages and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay!

Great space for any vacation

This house was great for my large group. The location made it easy to go to the store for last minute supplies or to go into town for fun. There was an endless supply of kitchen items, towels and everything was clean. I would definitely stay there again or recommend for anyone to stay.

This property is open, airy, beautiful, comfortable. We searched many others, but this property instantly felt like home. It is close to the City Market Grocery Store (.8 miles) (for someone who loves to cook, this felt important), on the golf course, close to the ski resort, flat (easy for kids to go outside to play, as well as walk/run/hike).
It is important that our guests enjoy your stay. We appreciate positive reviews if you have any to post, as it does help us. If you are not satisfied, we will work hard to resolve any issues that come up.
