The Emerald Cottage - Come and experience the North Georgia Mountains from this adorable renovated 1940’s cottage. In the fall the leaves change, and the colors are glorious and just waiting for you to explore. Located less than 5 minutes from historic Downtown Toccoa which features outdoor live music every Saturday night, Monthly Cars Shows & Movie Night at the Historic Ritz Theatre [July -August]. Toccoa features Boutiques, Shopping, Wineries, Breweries, Restaurants, Coffee Shops & Galleries.

A short drive to Toccoa Falls, Tallulah Gorge, Lake Hartwell, Hiking Trails, numerous Waterfalls. 30 miles to Helen for tubing. 40 minutes to Tanger Outlet Malls.

This quaint one level 2-bedroom 1-bath cottage has ample space for gathering (4) in the eat in kitchen - or relaxing as home base for your adventures. This space has been comfortably outfitted with homelike appeal.

Sweet little cottage

I love the coziness of this property, perfect size, has all the kitchen space and tools you need, and the outside is lovely! Great distance to Tallulah Gorge, many different falls, and nice places to eat in the town. Host was super friendly and very helpful!

Two Weeks in Toccoa

The Emerald Cottage is the perfect two bedroom one bath vacation rental. With a well furbished kitchen and ammeneties like the hot tub, the owners have really done all they can to make this a comfortable and homey place to stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Waterfall experience

We loved the property, very comfortable and clean. Lovely little deck we enjoyed and a hot tub that unfortunately didn’t use. Host had very good communication with us and was easy to contact. We would go back anytime and would highly recommend this cute cottage!

Sweet Emerald Cottage at the Edge of town

This cottage checked all the boxes. Clean cozy and close to town. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. Check in was great and the host checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again if in the area!

Awesome little place. Very clean very homey and felt nice to stay there. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a nice meal and the washer and dryer were very efficient. Place has a nice grille and outside seating area, very well thought out and over all awesome stay.

The Emerald Cottage was an amazing getaway! We enjoyed the quiet serenity of the property. The decor was very comfy and made it feel like home. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the Toccoa area again.

Perfect for an escape!

Had visited Sautee last fall, wanted to see waterfalls in the spring this year, so planned on Toccoa. Emerald Cottage was a wonderful bnb - private, quiet, very clean with many new upgrades from a basic small home - good job!.

Wonderful house in Toccoa

Great little home on a wooded lot. Enjoyed the fire put, hammocks and the hot tub. Loved hanging out on the deck and grilling in the evenings. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Would definately stay again.

Perfect Little Cottage

This little cottage had everything we needed. It is in a quite, peaceful neighborhood that is close to places to eat and explore. The backyard is amazing! The host was attentive and provided support both prior and during our trip. We definitely recommend staying here.
