Home Near Beach with Heated Pool

Located in historic downtown Cocoa Beach just 3 short blocks from the beach and restaurants, this spacious 2,000+ sq ft home is designed and equipped for a great getaway experience. You will enjoy amenities galore with a brand new heated salt pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and our air conditioned game room complete with air hockey, ping pong, 65" smart TV, and other fun games. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is provided including towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, body boards, and a beach wagon. Come and enjoy the ultimate vacation experience at Cocoa Beach Bliss!
Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement is required. An early check-in and/or late check-out may be available. Fees may apply.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was open, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We especially loved the pool, it was perfect for relaxing and playing. We spent hours swimming and dining outside under the covered porch. The location was also great! My husband and I grew up in the Seattle, WA area and through our careers moved to Florida 15 years ago. We absolutely love it here in the Cocoa/Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. Our adult children and my parents live in the area as well. We enjoy traveling and spending time with our family. We also have a passion to renovate and decorate homes and have done several properties. It just seemed a natural fit to combine our love of travel with renovating to provide homes that we could share with others as a vacation rental.

We live just 25 minutes away and are available for any questions, concerns, or needs throughout your stay. As your hosts, our goal is to make sure you have a wonderful vacation experience at our fun and beautiful beach home.

Why they chose this property

This house is in such a great location to enjoy the beach and wonderful downtown area with all the shops and restaurants just 3 short blocks away. We love the open layout of the house with vaulted ceilings in the main living area, large updated kitchen and split bedrooms (primary Boardwalk Room on one end of the house and Windjammer and Surf Rooms on the other). The garage was fully insulated and air conditioned, so we converted it into a fun game room with ping pong, air hockey, 65" smart TV, and other fun games as well as tables and chairs. Cocoa Beach is such a fun place that is rich with surf and beach history and fun traditions and activities (like surfing Santas, boat races, air shows). We're sure you'll love it too!

What makes this property unique

We have a beautiful heated salt water pool to enjoy along with our air conditioned game room. Our location is great - only 3 short blocks to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. Just bring your clothes and personal items because we have everything else you need to enjoy your vacation!
