Rosita in the heart of Alcúdia!
Rosita is a beautiful house located in the heart of Alcudia, in a typical small street but can be reached by car. It is suitable for 6 persons.
So there is an easy access and departure for our guests and nearby there is a supermarket.
In the basement is a large living room where you can relax, with TV, big armchairs, darts, billiards and a fridge as well as a bathroom and 2 bicycles.
In the 1. Floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable living room with sofa and TV.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a single room, with two single beds and a bathroom
On this floor there is also a terrace, ready for sunbathing, and to cool down there is an outdoor shower or you can make yourself comfortable with a nice glass of wine and enjoy the great sea view.
