This property was beautiful and the perfect place for our family gathering. House was very clean, and appointed with the necessities. The linen opt-in package was helpful and I felt the bedding towels were very clean upon arrival. House had amazing views of the water, and you can walk right outside to stroll along the beaches. Property manager was easy to work with and quick to respond Definitely want to come back!

Amazing Property

Great place that is even better than its photos. Tons of space and amazing views. There were dolphins in the bay right along the property line. Fishing was great and layout of the house was really well thought out. A little bit of a drive to Bethany and Rohoboth beaches.

This house is a lovely home situated at the very point of the bay and surrounded by water views on all sides. The kitchen is well appointed and the house was very clean. We are home owners ourselves who rent our house, and always supply soap and toilet paper for our guests upon arrival, plus a full, small-sized bottle of dishwashing detergent. Having these small amenities would have made our arrival much smoother, negating having to either pack these items during travel or finding a grocery store to supply such in an unknown area.

Never have to leave the property!

This house was exactly as advertised! The 4-season room was a favorite for games and dining, and the little beach was perfect for the kids to build sandcastles. We fished - landing a lot of croaker fish, a sting ray and even a shark! It was very breezy- which made the heat not so bad and we flew kites most days. Next time we want to bring a boat or jet skis for more fun.

Fairytale house

We had our small wedding in the house. It could not be more perfect. The house is very well made, very clean, and you can tell this is not just another property, this house is loved and well cared for. The layout is very well made and the owner and the property manager are super accommodating. Thank you for having us and letting us create our fairytale there.

OUTSTANDING!

The house was amazing. Everything actually worked. The views were phenomenal! The property location is a bit "out of the way" but for us, it was exactly what we needed....privacy. We had our our private little beach area, there was a grassy area where we could put up a "tent" to shade the 9 month old baby. It was perfection.

Although sparsely appointed (we had to purchase a working coffee maker, and a few other kitchen essentials), this rental property is an ideal place for a quiet family or friends gathering. Located at the end of a private drive, you will feel like you are having a private vacation experience.Fishing off the bank was a surprisingly fun activity for our group. We kayaked and paddle-boarded (not provided by home owner) from the private beach on calm days, and the little children in our group had no issues navigating waves into the private beach on windy days. The bay might not be for everyone in your group if you prefer the "on the beach" or "at the beach" lifestyle, but the bay views were stunning morning, noon, and night.We saw dolphins every day, sometimes 20-30 feet out from the sea wall.We were happy with our trip, and recommend this rental property to anyone interested in a quite, beautiful trip with family and friends.

Wonderful family weekend!

The location and house itself are gorgeous! It was the perfect fit for our family getaway. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch overlooking the water. The house is very secluded and we felt like we were on our own island. The only downside was that we had to provide our own paper towels, garbage bags, sponges, etc. which we were not aware of. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect! We had a plumbing issue with the kitchen sink and Joseph was very responsive in helping to get a handyman out to fix it ASAP. We would love to stay here again!

Hurricane Aftermath Weaker than the Great Vibes in This House

I brought my daughters, two of my grandchildren, a d my wife's cousin and her husband for aong weekend at this beautifully located house on the Delawareshore. We were also visited by close family friends. It rained while the wind left over from Hurricane Ian howled their way up.the coast. We did not experience even one sunrise, or sunset. We did not see one star during g our 3 night stay. But the ambience, the atmosphere inside of the house more than made up for the weather outside. The house, situated on stilts/supports right at the ocean's edge, felt like we were on our own private island Five ample bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a great living room connected to the dining room, a screened-in outdoor living and dining area and two unbelievably large balconies alleft nothing to be desired. The only thing which could have been better was the weather. But even the winside outside made you appreciate the insde. This house, with its own private ate beach, small yard and parking for six vehicles (easily)

The screened in porch was a favorite spot because it provided sounds of the water, cool breezes,and gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset. We saw dolphins, sting rays, a great heron, lots of other sea birds, and a massive shooting star. The house was incredibly clean and well-equipped, and you could see water from everywhere in the house (the wrap-around view of water made it feel like we were floating).
