Luxurious Villa Tonelli is located in the beautiful Istrian countryside, a short drive from Pula or Barban and only 5 km from the beach. This magnificent property was completely restored in 2017 and today the villa has a total of 8 bedrooms with XXL beds and can accommodate up to 18 people.
On the other hand, this breathtaking villa is air-conditioned, has two fully equipped modern indoor kitchens and an outside in stone by the pool, two spacious living rooms, 5 bathrooms, and offers everything you could need for a relaxing holiday.
Relax on one of 4 terraces with louge furniture of the house or spend the warm, sunny days in the area of the two terraces on the ground floor next to the pool, where you can prepare traditional Croatian specialties.

Villa Tonelli is on a 2200 m2 plot in a quiet area, the house itself will be laid out over 400 m2. It has an imposing exterior, partially clad in stone, it has a pool of 50 m2 with salt. Part of the pool has air and water massage and there is also a shallow area for children.

Here you can find: barbecue and beautiful garden furniture, pikado and table tennis (ping-pong), training equipment, several parking spaces in the yard and much more

Keine Wünsche bleiben offen

Es war ein unglaublich schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Toneli. Wir waren 18 Erwachsene und selbst für so viele Personen ist die Villa super. Es war Platz genug, um genügend Freiraum zu haben. Die Ausstattung ist klasse, es fehlt an nichts. Der Poolbereich ist das Highlight. Als Krönung sind die Vermieter unfassbar freundlich. Alles klappte reibungslos. Es gab sogar einen Kuchen zur Geburtstagsfeier. Es ist so erholsam, weil ruhig gelegen. Aber Ausflugsziele und das Meer sind mit dem Auto nicht weit weg. Mir fällt gar nichts ein, was hätte besser sein können.

Wunderschönes Haus im Hinterland

Unsere Reisegruppe bestand aus 12 Erwachsenen (25-35 Jahre) und 6 Kindern (1-4 Jahre). Die Zimmeraufteilung mit den vielen Bädern war dafür optimal. Die Räume sind sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet sowie für die Anzahl der Personen mehr als gut ausgestattet (große Schränke, viel Geschirr, genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, Parkplätze (6-7) im Hof). Der Pool ist natürlich das absolute Highlight, auch wenn man sehr auf die Kinder achten muss. Ein schönes Extra ist die Pooldusche mit Warmwasser und der große Getränkekühlschrank direkt am Pool. Das Haus und Gelände ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet bzw. gebaut. Die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend, selbst Holz für den Pizza Ofen war kein Problem. Check-In und -Out liefen sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön, jedoch muss man für alles ins Auto steigen (Bäcker 30min hin+zurück). Aber das war vorher auf der Karte ersichtlich und hat uns nicht so sehr gestört. Rundum hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Zalig verblijf

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Villa Tonelli. Het onthaal door de gastheer en -vrouw was bijzonder hartelijk en de villa is buitengewoon goed uitgerust. Echt alles is aanwezig voor wie graag zelf zijn potje kookt. De woning (eigenlijk zijn het twee volledig uitgeruste woningen onder één dak) en alles er omheen is bovendien prima onderhouden en kraaknet. Het is er ook bijzonder rustig en er valt in de omgeving heel wat te beleven, met daarbij voor elk wat wils. Een klimpark op wandelafstand, diverse gezellige stadjes en dorpjes op korte en middellange afstand. Het is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een verkenning van het wondermooie Istrië, met een deugddoende plons in het zwembad als welgekomen verfrissing na te hebben genoten van al die natuurpracht en middeleeuwse folklore en authenticiteit. Die vind je in heel wat dorpjes en stadjes nog terug, al heeft het (massa)toerisme een aantal van die plaatsjes helaas ook alweer ingepalmd, waardoor het er voor de meerwaardezoeker mogelijk net iets minder fijn toeven is. Het blijft hoe dan ook een bijzonder mooie regio en als je op zoek bent naar een ruim en mooi verblijf, is Villa Tonelli een absolute aanrader!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Toneli

Gerne bewerten wir unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Toneli mit 5 Sternen. Das Haus, der Garten und Pool sind sehr sauber und alles ist gepflegt. Die kleine Outdoor Küche und der Gasgrill sind sehr praktisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb einer halbe Stunde Autofahrt erreichbar. Unsere Gruppe hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.
