The villa's proximity to the historic town of Pula and the attractive seaside resort of Poreč—both reachable within a 30-minute drive—makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the delights of Istria. The villa features a first floor with fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, separate toilet, two doubles and one twin bedroom, shower room and bathroom with bath. Steps going downstairs to the ground floor offer two doubles and one twin bedroom, two shower rooms and small kitchen with dining and living area. Patio doors from the kitchen on the fist floor lead out to the inviting pool area (9,5mx5 m), covered terrace with BBQ facilities, furniture including a table and chairs for 12 persons, and a comfortable lounge area. Villa Maklavun Rovinj is fully air-conditioned for guests' comfort. Additionally, a highly recommended excursion is a catamaran day trip to Venice, departing from Rovinj.
