No communication from hosts, cancelled our booking for not paying the deposit in advance, despite our booking telling us to pay the security deposit at the time of check in. Poor response from hosts who did not help in any way. Would not recommend.

Zentral gelegen, Aussicht auf den Hinterhof, leider nicht sauber, viele Dinge defekt. Trotz schriftlicher Zusage der Agentur die Koffer am Abreisetag zu verwahren, war die Agentur freitags um 10.15 Uhr geschlossen (Öffnungszeiten 9-11 Uhr).

Très bonne location malgré un équipement réduit ou endommagé en fin de saison touristique. Cela étant, l'appartement fait partie des meilleures locations réservées à Nice où nous séjournons très régulièrement. Tout est quasiment accessible à pied, le parking Marshall à proximité est un plus

Had a nice 5 night stay here. The location is great, close to the old town and walking distance from the beach. The area is nice with many cafe's and a small supermarket just outside the port. Apartment was similar than it seems in the photos. We could've hoped for better cleanliness (there was some dust and dirt on the walls), but overall it was tidy. You can hear everything from the neighbours, so if you want a quiet place, i don't recommend this. Also not good for loud or jumpy kids.

Charming Oasis in Nice

A delightful apartment, located in an extremely good location being only 5 minutes walk to the old town and with a supermarket, ATM and tram station (Durandy - direct from airport) all literally on the doorstep. The two best bakeries in nice (La Niçoise and Carabacle Boulangeri on Rue Pastorelli) are also both under a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is spacious, light and airy and well appointed, and very secure. Will be staying here again!

Fijn apartement, service van tevoren kan beter

Fijn apartement, maar de sleutels moeten 15min verderop opgehaald worden en dat kan alleen tussen 4 en 6 smiddags. Wij kwamen om 12u aan, gelukkig kon een medewerker ons even het kantoor binnenlaten zodat we in de tussentijd naar het strand konden. Een box met de sleutel erin of ruimere inchecktijden zou fijner zijn. Daarnaast sturen ze extreem veel berichten met informatie (ik heb zo'n 15 emails gehad van tevoren) en telkens het verzoek erin om zelf te controleren of alles klopt.

Appartement très lumineux, spacieux, fonctionnel et propre. Equipements mis à disposition très satisfaisants.Le logement donne dans une cour intérieure, il est très calme. Localisation idéale pour rayonner dans les quartiers de Nice. Juste une petite déception à l'arrivée : l'absence de cafetière Nespresso qui apparaissait pourtant sur les photos...

Superfräsch bostad. Lite jobbiga trappor för äldre. Modernt och trevligt område. 2 affärer utanför dörren. Nära till gamla stan. Wifi funkade inte trots biträde. Annars var allt jätte bra.
