This Ground Floor, 4 bedroom 3 1/2 Bath House has ample sleeping options for every type of family/friend gathering. we are a pet friendly home please note there is a 200.00 pet fee that applies for the week
Plenty of parking for several vehicles and even room out front for a boat trailer........ Bring your boat and be ready to fish... you will love the fact that the boat ramp is 1/4 mile down the road making launching your boat a dream. and minutes from dock to open water, large fish cleaning station on dock with water and electric.
The floor plan is a open plan with all bedrooms on one side of the house connected to the main living room area which accesses directly to a great screened Lanai on the canal side, with a Huge Kitchen on the other side of the Living Room. Every bedroom is equipped with "smart" flat-screen TVs. as well as a big screen TV in the living room and a small flat screen in the kitchen.
CANAL: The property is located on an amazing, True "Flow Through" Canal which supplies the canal with fresh water with each change of the tide and allows it to supports abundant ocean life, with snapper, parrot fish, nurse sharks, tarpon, lobsters, crabs,eels at our 90' waterfront property with 50' usable dock for renters as our boat & lift take up the first 40')

Newly designed landscaping / fencing was laid out with privacy in mind. as well as being located on a quiet dead end street across from a nature preserve (no neighbors across street / little to no traffic)
Very Nice Outside Screened in Lanai , sitting and eating area. with full size refrigerator / freezer for beverages as well as a small Bait freezer and Ice machine for the fishermen and filling the coolers for a day at the beach. (only 3 miles away)
This property is strictly a Sun-Sun, 7day rental property, and we do not rent nightly.
this property is located directly next to another great property of ours and could be rented together (when available) for large family groups, of up to 20 please contact us well in advance to discuss this option .

Kitchen was good. Needed a few more dish and hand towels. Outdoor area by the pool was great and very comfortable. Watched fish and a manatee in the canal.
Our family had the best stay! The teenagers loved the roof lounge chairs and the kitchen couldn’t get the younger ones out of the pool and hot tub and my favorite part was the tiki area.The house was clean, had thoughtful touches, and had everything we could need. This is a tropical paradise with a Publix grocery store one mile away. There are numerous excellent restaurants within minutes if you ever wanted to leave the property. However, you likely won't want to ever leave ... ever.

Perfect home for our family spring break. My wife, 3 boys, and both set of in laws had plenty of room. The boys loved the pool and the in laws the shaded tiki hut. Dock was perfect for the rental boat to Sombrero and fishing. Look forward to staying again!

We had a great experiance at this property. It is the best maintained place that I've stayed at in 20 years and the owner responded instantly to the one minor issue that we had. Highly recommend this property for a great fishing or lobstering vacation.

We had an amazing vacation here! The check in process was simple, Craig was great to communicate with. The house had so much space for our family of 8. The pool and backyard is so nice and private. We saw a lot of fish and a manatee came to visit us twice. The location was perfect, we hope to come back again soon and stay again! It was hard to leave and go back home!
This was our second time staying at this property. It is exactly as described, very well appointed, everything is provided, and beautifully landscaped.. it’s become our favorite, I can not recommend this property enough, it’s just perfect !!!!
Great space for a group, huge kitchen w large island and dining area. We spent a lot of time outdoors relaxing & enjoying the salt water pool / hot tub, and shade under the tiki. The location is also pretty stellar mid way down the keys so that you can go do things in Islamorada (35-40 minutes) or in the lower Keys or Key West (1 hour). Craig is super responsive to any questions as well. We would definitely stay there again!
residence was just as advertised, backyard pool and spa area was 5 star plus. We had the grandkids (4) ages 2 to 14, the pool was a blessing, best babysoitter ever.
What a fantastic rental . Everything was as described, very well appointed with most anything you would need . The fishing was fantastic and close , boat ramp as well . Great house, great location, great dock if you’re bringing a boat. We come to the keys every year for 2 weeks and have been looking for a house we can book every year, I think we found it with this one. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space and the 3 bathrooms are a game changer.
