Very responsive host, super polite and friendly! It's a very tidy little house that's close to pretty much anything you could want to do around Chattanooga. They provided everything we needed for our stay and made the check in and checkout directions very clear and easy to follow. 10/10 would stay there again!

Great property and close to what we had planned for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Close to Ruby falls and rock city and also a short drive to downtown for activities like the aquarium. The host was great with communication and checking in was super seamless. Only minor thing for us that I think could help for future guests would be to check the airflow to the bedroom on the right- all the other rooms were cooler and felt great but that one room seemed to not get the best air flow from the vents so it was a bit warmer in there. Overall we still had the best time and enjoyed our stay and loved the yard for our pups and the convenience of the location overall!

This was a great house with amazing property owners! Very clean, and had everything we needed, with a great view. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and there were clear instructions in the property as well - without being overwhelming. Very cozy and welcoming. Great patio also! We only needed to stay one night so I can’t speak for a longer experience, but for our needs it was perfect.

Super cute little house. Clean and well appointed. Excellent proximity to downtown and 6 mins to Ruby Falls! Would definitely stay again!Tips for future travelers: driveway is narrow gravel and grass with culverts on either side. Swing wide from the street and drive straight in. Not disability friendly: besides the driveway, the stairs in front are high, furniture is bulky and blocks traffic flow, and floor is not level. Not a problem for able bodied, though.Wonderful trip! Thank you!

Loved the home. It was very clean. Loved the neighborhood. Only about a mile to Walmart and good restaurants. Good location for all of the many things to see and do in Chattanooga. The host was easy to reach and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
