- The cottage is located on beautiful Bostwick Lake, 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from Downtown Rockford.
- Quiet neighborhood with walking trail around the lake. Enjoy summer campfires and watch the sunset over the lake.
- Fully furnished including furniture, appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.
- Kitchen has full complement of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker and linens.

GR family visit

Our stay was fabulous, it was a beautiful and very well appointed property. The owners live next door and are lovely couple and very helpful and responsive with questions. As all reviews have said the pictures are a true representation of the property and the lake is a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Lake Home!

The lake home was not only beautiful but also had all the amenities one could hope for. The deck was our favorite place to hang out, grocery shopping was close by, and the Bostwick Inn had great food. And, the neighbors were awesome!

Amazing!

Such a peaceful paradise! Home was very clean and offered everything we needed (and more). Owners are the nicest people! We truly enjoyed our getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful property on the lake!

My daughter (9 yrs) and I really enjoyed our stay! Bostwick Lake is beautiful. The cottage is so charming! It's clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are lovely people and live right next door. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

A bit of heaven!

The cottage was a perfect bit of heaven. It had everything we would ever want or need. The weather was lovely so we were able to enjoy the lake to the fullest. Mike & Sandy were wonderful hosts and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Short stay for family

We had the best time staying at this rental. We had 3 kids, 5 and under, as well as older cousins that came and enjoyed the lake and all the water toys. We were in town to visit family and the location was close and just what we needed. They brought over toys for our little ones and had everything ready for our late night arrival. We would definitely return for another stay!

Lovely lake spot approximate to Grand Rapids

We stayed here as a family of four on a trip around Lake Michigan so that we could be close to our stop in Grand Rapids. The house has a great patio and dock right on the lake, and is next door to the owners. The owners were very communicative without being intrusive. House was very clean with full kitchen, laundry and two nice bathrooms. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Perfect lake vacation

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the property! Sandy and Mike are the perfect hosts - so kind to offer suggestions and help if needed (they live next door!). The house is lovely, recently updated, and the pictures in the listing really do reflect how beautiful the decor is. The lake is beautiful, you just walk down a few stairs to the dock to enjoy fishing, paddle boarding and canoeing. The house was very clean and we felt at home upon arrival. The owners took great care to furnish so many appreciated items: kitchen that accommodates any type of cooking with pans and utensils, Keurig coffee maker, basic oils and spices for cooking, and a pantry filled with thoughtful “extras” such as zip locks and paper products. The beds and linens were comfortable. The bathrooms were also recently updated and we loved that the bathroom towels were new and fluffy! There are plenty of beach towels. We grilled dinner on a large brand new grill. You will enjoy the deck overlooking the lake - perfect for meals under the covered umbrella table or just enjoying leisure time in the chairs and chaise loungers. Wood was provided to enjoy the fire pit on the patio down at the lake. The house is a easy 20 minute drive to Grand Rapids and just a few minutes from downtown Rockford. Ric’s grocery has everything and is only 5 minutes away. We were so very satisfied with our stay and plan on a future visit.. please do not hesitate to rent this property!

Perfect vacation home on Bostwick Lake

Beautiful home with lake access a few steps away. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need and more. Adult and child kayaks and paddleboards make for so much fun in a clean and sandy lake. We loved walking around the lake every morning on the 3 mile scenic trail/road. Our hosts were welcoming, kind, and accommodating to our requests. Rockford is minutes away with a weekend farmer's market, shops, and restaurants. Go to Herman's Boy for the very best coffee! This place is everything good about summer in Michigan. Highly recommend!
