4 tiered deck and dock, large screened area with refrigerator& freezer, living and dining area. Deep water canal & large waterfront dock for kayaking, fishing & swimming. Also a large firepit area. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a small screened in porch.
Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are an absolute delight for teenagers and older. It has a separate entrance from the exterior. You must go outside and upstairs to access main house from downstairs bedroom. Connected to the 4th bedroom is the ground floor screened in porch area. Plenty of dining area and a sitting area. Full size refrigerator and medium size freezer. Perfect area to dine, play games , and relax. Or enjoy drinks around the boat bar while the burgers are on the grill!
Enjoy giant Connect 4 and a sand volleyball court. Water fountain & lights go on nightly. Manatees, fish, and turtles are in the canal!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set thermostat to 74 upstairs and bunk room. Leave beds unmade do not strip sheets.
Put all lawn furniture back to original spot and put down umbrellas. Put kayaks back upside down on the top rack and paddles. Put life jackets back in white storage box.
Turn off all interior lights - leave exterior lights on. Exteriors lights are dusk to dawn lightbulbs -upstairs front porch, 3 light switches around downstairs screened porch. Turn off ceiling fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any pets on property will receive a fine of $750. No Fireworks Please respect our neighborhood
MAX 4 CARS ALLOWED additional cars will incur a charge of $250 a night. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.No events are allowed at property.
There is a fine of $1000 for any event. Any guests over the agreed upon number of guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night.

We loved this place! Our family vacation was a success and it was due to the great location and amenities here at the Boat House. Everything was as described in the listing, the rooms were well appointed and we had space to spread out. The kayaks and fire pit were a huge hit with the family. My grandson loved the volleyball court. We saw sooooo much wildlife, manatees, turtles, birds of all kinds, a fish even jumped into our grand daughter's kayak as we were paddling. Communicating with the owner was easy and fast. We would totally come back for a longer stay:) Thank you for helping us make some great memories!

This place was perfect for a fun birthday weekend celebration. We loved that the place was well stocked with kitchen tools and equipment, plus there were plenty of towels for everyone in the bathrooms. We loved having kayaks available for us and used them all weekend. Even got lucky enough to see some manatees swimming right up by the deck!

Perfect riverfront stay — clean, spacious, and upgraded!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Weeki Wachee! The location right on the river couldn’t have been better — we loved having such easy access to the water and enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful views. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. We especially appreciated the thoughtful upgrades throughout the home, which made our stay feel extra special. Overall, a perfect spot for a river getaway — we’d definitely come back!
