I absolutely fell in love with Whitefish, MT and want my guests to be able to see what Montana offers.
What makes this property unique
Ptarmigan Village is a quiet community, nestled in a cedar forest, on the slope of The Big Mountain. It has a new pool building that includes an indoor salt water swimming pool, a large outdoor hot tub and a wet sauna. Next to the pool building is a playground for children. In summer, the outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing or you can take a drive down to the private beach on Whitefish Lake where you can take a swim and revel in a gorgeous sunset. Hiking is right out your door with 52 acres to roam. We have two newly resurfaced tennis courts if you want to get in a game. Elmer's Pond is stocked with trout each spring for children to try their luck. A coin laundromat is situated in the center of the village.
The S.N.O.W. Bus provides free transportation to and from downtown and Whitefish Mountain Resort, with bus stops at lodges, the aquatic and fitness center, ice skating rink, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Central Avenue shopping district. Please note, the bus does not directly stop at the Ptarmigan village
The S.N.O.W. Bus runs any time the chairlifts are running at Whitefish Mountain Resort. This includes the winter season as well as during summer resort operations.
