Bellissima means “very beautiful” in Italian, and we think it's the perfect name for our spacious 1,547 sq. ft. condo in upscale, gated Belle Harbor. Located on the 5th floor, Bellissima combines the comfort of a home with the amenities of a resort — all in the heart of Clearwater Beach.

The south-facing condo overlooks the clubhouse, heated pool, private marina and Intracoastal Waterway. Start your morning with a beautiful sunrise from the private balcony, spend the day at the beach or pool, then walk to dinner, shopping, live music or a spectacular Gulf sunset.

• Belle Harbor requires a condo association application and approval prior to arrival. We cover the association application fee. If the association does not approve your application, your booking will be fully refunded.
• Reservations must be made at least 10 days before arrival to allow time for the approval process.
• The primary guest booking the condo must be at least 25 years old and must be one of the occupants.
• Bellissima is a monthly rental with a minimum stay requirement.
• Up to two pets are welcome, with a maximum combined weight of 80 pounds.
• No smoking is permitted inside the condo.

Absolutely beautiful and so comfortable ! The balcony provides beautiful views and comfortable furnishings !The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need ! Super clean Condo ! Our host Kit and Gary were amazing updating us on whatever was happening at Belle Harbor if we had questions very easy to reach ! The amenities are great the pool is amazing with views of the dock beautiful boats and the intercoastal way. Just steps away from the beach with access to rental chairs umbrellas and Frenchys right there on the beach ! Felt like home away from home !

Loved the roomy balcony with a great view of the Intercoastal Waterway, and warm breezes off the Gulf of America. Easy walking distance to 6 great restaurants, two of which are right on the beautiful white sands of Clearwater beach! We are now hooked on the warm cinnamon rolls at the Caffeinated Bakery. Fair Warning!Kit and Gary were exceptional hosts. Returning next year!

What a wonderful experience renting with Kit and Gary! The attention to detail was apparent in every aspect of this beautiful condo. Kit and Gary have gone above and beyond in making their condo comfortable and fully stocked for any need a renter may have. Belle Harbor is a beautiful property. The location is superb as it is steps from the beach and many restaurants or activities one would want to partake in when on vacation. The balcony was a favorite as it provided beautiful sunrise views and full sun enjoyment throughout the day. We met many of the full time residents when staying for the month of November and felt so incredibly welcomed. We are counting the days until we return!!

Fabulous return visit to Bellissima. We love the location as it's within easy reach of everything we love at Clearwater. Such a joy sitting on the balcony for lunch looking out over the intracoastal for dolphins or relaxing by the pool keeping an eye out for the odd passing manatee - always a thrill. The condo is wonderfully spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a fantastic vacation. Thank you Kit and Gary for another memorable stay.

Home away from home

We had the most wonderful time! Everything you could need is there. The electric master bed had us laughing so hard at times. The sofa mattress was very thick, which was a plus. All beds were very comfy. Beautifully decorated and wonderfully situated within walking distance of everything you want. Questions and concerns addressed quickly. Robin was always available. I highly recommend this property and hope to return soon.

My only disappointment is that it was over too soon!

I absolutely loved staying at Robin and George's unit at Belle Harbour! We could see part of the bay. We didn't need to bring beach towels; everything we could need was supplied! We met awesome people (and dogs)! Robin was helpful with any questions or concerns. We bought a fan for some white noise, and Robin said, she could have had one brought to us! My grandson said, "It was the best vacation ever"! We were all sad to leave. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories! My only disappointment is it was over too soon!

The “Bellissima” in the Belle Harbor Condominium is an excellent location on Mandalay Ave in Clearwater Beach. The unit we rented was set back from Mandalay Avenue which limited street noise and had a large balcony with water views The property is gated with 24-hour security.It is located across from Mandalay Park which is steps from the beach and local restaurants and walking distance to the Pier 60. The Jolley Trolley also stopped in front of the building which made transportation convenient. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable laid out with attention to detail obvious in each room. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen was well equipped which added to a most enjoyable stay. The entire condo was super clean and inviting.The hosts, Kit and Gary were excellent. There was constant communication with them from the first day of the booking to the final day of check out. Several times during our stay, the hosts were contacted and responded within the hour.We had beautiful weather and our family enjoyed our time at Bellissima. We would highly recommend Kit and Gary who were excellent hosts.

Beautiful condo in great location!

This condo is stunning! It overlooks the harbor so we enjoyed beautiful sunrises from inside the condo and from the balcony. It was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The condo was recently renovated so it is super nice. The decor is warm and beach-themed so we felt like we were at the beach from the moment we arrived. The open floor plan, with bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends of the unit, allowed our guests to have privacy. The Belle Harbor grounds are gorgeous and we used the heated pool, hottub, and gym quite often. We met lots of nice people who lived there and were visiting like us. Almost every night we made the 5 minute walk across the street to watch the sunset over the Gulf. Never got tired of seeing that!! Overall this beautiful condo is hard to beat. The Belle Harbor property, and its location to lots of restaurants, music locations, and shopping, make this a great place to stay. An added bonus is the owners were so responsive from the beginning, when we had questions before booking, to the end when we sadly had to checkout. Highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to vacation in Clearwater Beach! You will not regret staying here!!

Kit and Gary's condo was nothing short of spectacular! The gym and pool at the complex were a big hit for me and my wife. I will be staying there at least once/year going forward. It sometimes goes unsaid, but I will say Kit and Gary were so helpful and kind!

Perfect in every way

Kit and Gary have gone to great lengths to equip their condo with everything you could possibly need or want during a vacation in Clearwater Beach (even an umbrella for those lightning storms before the sun comes back out!!). It is stunningly beautiful but homely and we felt relaxed and comfortable as soon as we arrived. Lots of space, beautifully decorated and a much appreciated welcome pack. We absolutely loved being back in our favourite place and this condo is in the very BEST part of Clearwater. Bellissima is the perfect central location to enjoy water sports, shopping and great restaurants within a short walking distance. It has gorgeous views of the intercostal where we could watch dolphins from the balcony in the evenings, enjoy our breakfasts and lunches and view the odd lightning storm. My daughters have grown up visiting Clearwater and it has a special place in our heart - Bellissima has now given us more special memories and we have unanimously agreed it has been our favourite condo and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Kit and Gary - it was perfect in every way.

Hard to beat the location

What can I say, ridiculously close to beach, close to shopping, close to eating, close to sports bars. Staying in? No worries, fabulously stocked kitchen. All you need is good weather and you are set. A must stay to have on your bucket list.

Gary and I are originally from Wisconsin but now call Clearwater Beach home. We live on North Beach, at the quieter northern end of the island, and feel fortunate to “live where you vacation.” After visiting Clearwater Beach for many years, we know and love the area and are always happy to share our favorite restaurants, activities and local tips. We still return to Wisconsin often to spend time with family, including our three young grandsons. Our goal is to make Bellissima feel like your home at the beach while you're here.

Why they chose this property

Before making Clearwater Beach our home, Gary and I spent several years staying for a few months at a time in different condos throughout the area. Belle Harbor was our favorite by far. We always said that if we were going to live in a condo, this would be the place! We loved the beautiful waterfront setting, resort-style amenities and especially the location — close to the beach, restaurants, shops and everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. Whether you're here to vacation, escape the winter or work remotely, Belle Harbor is a wonderful place to settle in and enjoy the Clearwater Beach lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

Bellissima offers something that's hard to find in Clearwater Beach — the space and comfort of a home, beautiful water views, resort-style amenities and a location where you can walk to almost everything.

Our spacious 1,547 sq. ft. condo features two large bedrooms plus a private den with French doors, a desk and queen sleeper sofa. It's ideal as a home office for remote work or as a 3rd sleeping space. The south-facing private balcony overlooks the pool, clubhouse, private marina and Intracoastal Waterway and is one of our favorite places to enjoy the beautiful sunrise.

Belle Harbor's resort-style amenities make an extended stay even more enjoyable, with a large heated waterfront pool and hot tub, clubhouse, outdoor grilling and dining areas, fitness center, sauna and steam room, billiard and game rooms, 24-hour gated security and assigned under-building parking.

And then there's the location. Clearwater Beach is just steps away, and restaurants, cafés, shops, pickleball and tennis courts, Pier 60 and the marina are all within walking distance. Once you're here, you may be surprised how often the car stays parked!
