This new (2022) home features thoughtful finishes and modern conveniences including a fully stocked kitchen, an open floor plan, and three comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Large windows are everywhere, creating the feel of the outdoors coming in, and the spacious living area allows for relaxation, entertainment, and dining. The three separate en-suite bedrooms provide privacy
for a vacation with family members or a group of friends.

INDOOR SPACE:

The main floor boasts a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, a desk nook with computer monitor for working from your "home away from home," and plenty of comfortable seating. A large dining table and bar seating are great for gatherings and shared meals. Entertainment options include streaming on the 60-inch television, indoor and outdoor games, puzzles, and cozying up around the wood burning fireplace.

Upstairs, the three private en-suite bedrooms each have attached bathrooms, comfortable Casper mattresses, and scenic views. Each also has streaming (BYO password) TVs.

You’ll feel at home with the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as:
· Master with king Casper mattress, TV, and master bathroom with shower and hair dryer
· Two bedrooms with queen Casper mattresses, each with TVs and shower/tub

KITCHEN: Refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, crock pot, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, cooking basics.

GENERAL: Free Wifi, central AC & heating, streaming TVs, full-size washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, self-check in with keyless entry

OUTDOOR LIVING: On the outdoor deck, cook on the gas grill and eat at the outdoor dining table or enjoy outdoor games. Relax by the fire pit and roast marshmallows while finding stars in the clear night sky. Enjoy the crisp mountain air and lush green wooded area while birds sing in the summertime, marvel at the stunning colors of the fall, or take in the serene clear views in winter.

PARKING: Access to the property is easy as you arrive on paved streets and park on a large, flat driveway with access for several vehicles.

THINGS TO DO: The adorable downtown Clayton (<5 mi) has its unique shopping and must-try farm to table and comfort food dining options. Several antique stores and farm stands are also close, and many also enjoy Goats on the Roof (3 mi) and Foxfire Museum (7 mi)

GET OUTSIDE: Hiking at Tallulah Gorge State Park (11 mi) or one of numerous nearby hikes or making a splash at one of the three local lakes make fun outdoor adventures.

There’s a lot to do right here and even more just a short drive away, such as visits to Helen, Cherokee and the Great Smoky mountains, Athens, Ashville and others.
