Private/tranquil mountainside estate with ocean views located on the famed Hot Springs hiking trial. This 4 bd/4ba modern Monterey-style Spanish house was recently remodeled. The property is its own health and wellness retreat with a 6 person barrel sauna overlooking the creek, a cold plunge pool and a wood burning, natural hot springs fed soaking tub. The property is designed for entertaining, complete with a 14 person fire pit, a bocce court, an axe throwing field and a pickleball court. Just a 4 minute drive to the beach, the lower coast village restaurants and shops, and the 101 freeway entrances. The only property in montecito located in both the MUS and Cold Springs School Districts.
