The house, the location, the pool, the host, everything was great! Typically when I book there are always long lists of items you have to do when you leave but not here. The check in and put processes are super easy and relaxed. The host is very kind and communicates wonderfully. The pool, hot tub and other amenities are exactly like they are described. 10/10 would stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family get away to Lake Havasu. There was plenty of parking for our boat, and it was close to the lake for launching. The house had everything we needed and plenty more. The house was spacious, and the bedrooms were spread out providing some privacy. Lots of amenities for entertainment on the property, so no one ever got bored. It was a great house for a large family get together. We had 8 people, and there was plenty of room.

Good family retreat

This 4- bedroom was clean, lovely, and well-stocked. Emily the owner was highly responsive to any requests. The game room, putting green, pool, games (corn hole!), and large dining table made it enjoyable place to just hang for our family. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable, and check out requirements are easy to comply. It is in a developed neighborhood, so neighbors are close and noise/parties prohibited.
