*Construction Notice- Please read before booking. The Palms HOA will be doing a large scale construction project 9/18/2023-5/17/2024.*
-11/13/23-1/26/24 Unit 1014 will be completely closed for rentals.
-9/18/23-11/13/24 and 1/27/24- 2/23/24 There will be significant amounts of noise which will include, but not limited to, jack hammering, grinding and hammering with swing stages on the outside of the building.
-2/24/24-5/17/24 There will be minimal impacts during these dates. The construction will be taking place in the opposite building. You still may hear some noise and the property will still be under construction.
-11/13/23-1/26/24 The outdoor pool will be closed. Other than these dates the outdoor pool will be open, but could close at anytime if deemed unsafe.
-All indoor amenities will remain open

Beautiful condo. Exactly like the pictures. Very clean and very roomy. The balcony with the beach view was fantastic. No issues with parking and the beach and pool was never to crowded. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone.

This condo was great. Well kept and spacious. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only negative was the washer is so loud. Otherwise it was clean and well kept.
