The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, Wi Fi. Not included and to be paid on site: washing machine use, heating based on usage, additional bed linen and towels.

This small, old hamlet is located in Pomaia, a medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast. The nearest beaches are in Castiglioncello (14 km) or Vada (16 km).

For the youngest (and not only): we recommend the Acqua Village water park in Cecina (20 km) or the Cavallino Matto amusement park in Marina di Castagneto (40 km). You can book excursions with mountain bikes, on horseback or quad tours on site.
