This spacious three bedroom, four bath Scandinavian style condo is well located on the backside of Mirror Lake Drive. Gorgeous Mirror Lake views from many rooms to include the living room, bonus room and master bedroom but especially from the large screened-in porch. Two out of the three bedrooms have en-suite baths. Less than a five minute walk to the Mirror Lake public beach, tennis courts and playground. Parking is available for 2 cars.

Note: Due to HOA regulations, no grilling is permitted.

Please note, the fireplace is not operable for guest use.

Great rental in Lake Placid

This condo was wonderful- spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and well-maintained. The location was ideal, with views of Mirror Lake and within easy walking distance of Main Street. Overall an excellent place to stay!

Great place on Mirror Lake

Spacious with great proximity to town, restaurants and breweries. Came for the solar eclipse and was not disappointed! Had to deal with the rental team a few times and they were always very helpful and friendly. Thanks Diane for your help!

Great Location

The house is located very close to town, which is pretty ideal. We visited in colder weather, but I could see how in the summer the screen porch and the deck could be very enjoyable, and would be curious to return to experience that. The kitchen, and having one was our primary motivation in booking a house instead of a hotel, is that visited with pretty much everything you could need. The listing is completely accurate and I’d highly recommend it if it looks like something you would be interested in.
