About this property

Enjoy a Beautiful beach vacation, newly renovated 2 bed/ 2 bath condo the Gulf Beach waters are just across the road! This is a four unit condo with shared pool, elevator and private parking for 2 vehicles.
Relax on the balcony or from the inside on the couch to see the beach and Gulf waters or you can just cross the road and enjoy the beach life. Cozy, relaxing and convenient. The beaches are beautiful.

Unit has all new appliances, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Tv's in both bedrooms and living rm., master bedroom has a king size bed, guest room has a pair of single beds, sleeps 4. Laundry room within unit has new washer and dryer.

WiFi and cable.
Non-smoking and no pets.
Unit has 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella ,4 beach towels, beach wagon.
Coffee machine in unit is Keurig, also regular coffee pot as well. 2 different ways to make coffee.

There is trolley service that goes around the island daily, visit shops, restaurants or just walking distance to some nearby restaurants, ice cream shop or bar/eateries.

Perfect Place on AMI

This is a wonderful condo and we are repeat visitors. We love everything in the condo. It has everything you need. And it has great views of the gulf. Love sitting on the balcony. Also the location is great. One can walk to everything on Bridge Street as well as restaurants along Gulf Drive. Plus the free trolly stop is so close. We love it. Shelly is a wonderful person who is so responsive to any questions.

Property is adequately equipped with everything we needed, even for the beach. Location is amazing! Views are beautiful from condo. Start to finish was easy to stay!
