The 30sqm apartment is modern, 2018 newly renovated and comfortably furnished, with covered south / west terrace, kitchenette with 2 plate stove, DU with glazing, toilet. 2 new mass-produced solid wood beds (birch plywood) can be placed either as a double bed or individually over the corner. Distance to Lake Constance 1.5 km, about 20 minutes walk through the nature reserve on a beautiful walk on the river Aach along.
