Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and well appointed. To enter, you do have two flight of stairs that may be an issue for some. The beds were very comfortable. The property is centrally located and great for accessing all areas of Sandestin. It was a nice experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in the Sandestin Beach Resort area and this condo did not disappoint. Updated and spacious, it’s great for families with kids. Great view of the golf course. Our 3 year olds especially loved the golf cart rides and the pool right up the street. Response from VrboOwner on 5 January 2023
Sherrie, thank you for the review. We apologize if you felt like there were too many stairs. Many of the buildings in this area have stairs and that is, unfortunately, something that our property management company cannot control. As for the garbage bags, we provide all guests with a starter pack of garbage bags and detergents as a courtesy. We would love to host you again in the future and hope the wedding was spectacular!

Great Location / As advertised

This condo was just as advertised and was very clean. The unit looks to be recently remodeled and was very comfortable. The only things that anyone needs to be aware when renting are; this is a upper level unit and there are 25 very steep stairs that you need to go up to get into the condo. Second , the washer and dryer are very loud - so run these when your headed out to the beach. These are minor issues and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Mark, thank you for sharing your experience! The pro-tip about the washer and dryer is a good one! We are glad that the condo was what you were expecting and that it was comfortable for everyone. We are so glad you wouldn't hesitate to stay again and hope that you plan for another stay soon!

The condo was very dirty. The floors made your feet or socks black. Looked surface level clean but the couches were dirty. Dust bunnies under beds, couches, and around the edges of the walls. Also 2 flights of stairs to get in the condo. Essentially stairs to the 3rd floor. Also small things 2 of the tv remotes were dead or didn’t work. We asked to check in 2 hour early but we got an AI answer response saying there was no way to do that because they had to clean our unit. We sat in the parking lot for 2 hours and nobody came to clean or service the unit.
Stayed 6 nights in Mar 2026
Response from VrboOwner on 15 April 2026
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we did not get any feedback or we would have sent housekeeping right away. We are not always able to do early check-in but we do guarantee 4PM. Additionally, it was our team and not AI as that is not implemented for us.

What you see is what you get.

Very clean and comfortable. 2 coffee pots but no coffee. Asked to place dishes in dishwasher but no dish soap. No hand hand soap through condo. The condo was nice but nothing extra.
Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2023
Response from VrboOwner on 19 July 2023
Aaron, thanks for the review and feedback. We apologize if you did not have soap in the unit. Our cleaning team works hard to ensure all properties are equipped with a starter amenity kit that contains those items. We do not supply coffee as every person has their preferred brand. We hope you had a wonderful trip despite these things and would love the opportunity to host you again in the future. Thank you for staying!

Parking

Made contact with property manager about broken branches where everyone parks. out of six to seven spaces only two had no branches ready to fall. that was Saturday. We left Thursday and still was not done. And there was tree company two buildings down. The maintenance could have pulled them down.
Stayed 6 nights in Sep 2023
Response from VrboOwner on 11 October 2023
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken branches in the parking area. Upon receiving your email, we promptly informed the Sandestin neighborhood community association manager, who engaged a third-party tree removal company to address the issue. Your feedback will be shared with their department to improve future efficiency.
