This apartment worked great for us for our visit to Austin. We loved the Riverside location, and we would choose this spot again for a future visit. The hosts were very easy to work with and we had a very nice stay.

As described and could use some deep cleaning from the ventilation dust on the walls. Bed was super comfy and the AC was fabulous. The hot water in the shower was backwards from the usual but not a big deal to adjust. Close to the main roads and to the river walk which was very nice to enjoy on a walk. Check in was easy and check out was super simple too.

The location of apartment was fabulous , very close to the river, restaurants and great river side walks . The photos make this place look amazing, but it’s very run down, and on a very busy road next to a bar . 3 of the 5 nights I was woken at 2am by people leaving the bar, and this was week nights . The pool is not on the property, you have to drive there , I did not have a car so I never went to the pool . The whole building complex and apartments are very run down , not what you see in the pictures .The rugs in the bedroom and living room were stained and worn and there were stains on the towels and shower curtains Overall the hosts were very communicative, until I complained about repair man being there when I was not there , after specifically saying I didn’t want anyone in there if I was not around . Keyless entry was easy , I arrived after dark so it was a bit tricky to find building A, fortunately the security guard helped me.
