Nice and clean flat. Great location in Colorado Springs. Close to the airport, shops, and restaurants. Well-equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

For the price of an average motel room we got 2br, 1.5 bath and a full kitchen. Makes breakfast convenient to enjoy the daily activities! A fellow named Josh arrived to help us with the internet and has great pride in assuring people are comfortable. The neighborhood is quite and not far from activities to Monument an Woodland Park and everywhere in between.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was equiped with everything needed and the basket with spaghetti, sauce, and snacks was a nice touch. The location is very quiet and worked out well for visiting family in Colorado Springs and all other activities we had planned.

Colorado stay

Very nice clean townhouse. Choose this place because close to where our son lives and we were surprised how nice it is. Only suggestion is maybe an electric teapot.

Our impression is that the property is a work in progress and needs some additional improvements to be considered excellent. Current pluses include: New appliances, new kitchen flooring, plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, linens, paper products and cleaning supplies. As well, new cooling units are located throughout to provide a comfortable temperature for the various rooms. The unit is located near lots of shopping and restaurants, both upscale and otherwise.Current aspects that are merely okay:The comfort of the beds and living room furniture. The adequacy of the kitchen table and chairs.Suggested additional improvements include: refreshing the carpeting, replacing or reworking/re-painting interior doors, and refreshing a few curtains.

The property was clean and was what we expected. The only issue was the coffee maker wasn't working and the host replaced promptly but unfortunately the 2nd one did not work either. The only suggestion would be in the bathroom is to have some hooks for towels and in the shower to have a shower cady for soaps and shampoos.
