We booke for 6 ladies yo stay overnight to do the Manitou Incline the next morning. This place was perfect, allowing us to cook ourselves a great dinner and breakfast so we were properly fueled for our hike. The owner was super sweet and helpful. Our stay was perfect for our needs.

We had a really nice stay overall! The place was clean, comfortable, and the check-in process was very smooth and easy. The only small issue we noticed was a whistling sound whenever the shower or washer was running, which could be a little irritating at times. Other than that, everything was great and we appreciated our stay!

A very nice house for anyone and especially nice if you have pets. My doggy's loved the fenced in yard. Nice patio to set outside and see the mountains. Beds were comfortable. Everything nice and clean. We were very comfortable here and Patty was an awesome host!! If we need to rent a house in Colorado Springs again it will be Patty's house definitely!!

This was a very cute house. Very clean property and I loved all the decorative touches. The one thing I would let people know who might be traveling with a very active 1 year old is bring a baby gate, we probably climbed the stairs 5000 times haha

This home is perfect. 4 bedrooms all with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a huge fenced in yard for our 3 large dogs (even had a doggy door!), use of the garage, plenty of parking, fully equipped kitchen and everything was immaculate. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! We will definitely book this VRBO again with friendly host Patty!
