You will be close to everything at this centrally-located home. Located less than 1/4 mile to Premium Outlets, on same road to Camelback/Camelbeach, this home offers plenty of room to enjoy a time away in the Pocono Mountains.

Beautifully redone bathroom with soaking tub and oversized shower with rainfall head. 3 spacious bedrooms on the main level, with a 4th bedroom perfect for kids downstairs. Downstairs also has a family/gameroom. Hot tub for unwinding after a long day exploring.

3 of 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dinning area and bathroom on main level. 4th bedroom( bunk room) and family room located downstairs. Patio outback, covered porch on from and side of house. Parking for 5 vehicles

Entire house is accessible to guest. One closet locked with seasonal decor storage.

Can be reached by text, email or Airbnb message app

Private setting, close to the outlets shopping and camelback. Not in a development.

Plenty of off street, paved parking.

Pocono Township bans the use of Fireworks. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Any use of fireworks will result in immediate termination of rental without refund. All penalties and fines from the township will be the responsibility of the renter.
No fireworks are permitted per township ordinance.

Late check out fee: $50 per hour. For the first 2 hours, and $100 each hour thereafter. Please be respectful and depart on time, so we can prepare the home for the next guest to enjoy.

Need an alternate checkout time: advance arrangements can be made to alter checkout time for $30 per hour. Only available by approval and if no guest coming in that night. Subject to cleaners availability.

1 dog 50lbs or smaller. Dog fee of $50per stay. Must clean up after pet. Additional $200 for failure to clean up.

Our experience started off good with the host. Communication was great but then with 2 weeks to go until our stay it was like she dropped off the face of the earth. We asked several times about payment with no answer, we called and left messages and VRBO even called and no answer. We were so concerned we were trying to book another place but VRBO said we would not be refunded any money should the house still be able to stay in. They actually wanted us (13 people) to go to PA from CT NOT knowing if we actually had a house to stay in. They said if something happened they would get us another house. How would they do that in a short period of time. What would we have done while that was going on. So 4 hours before our check in we got an email/text from the host wioth all our instructions. So mind you it was just a generic update/check in. No apologies or anything. I then responded and asked again about early check in because that was one of our questions that went unanswered before. The host did get back saying that she would check with the cleaners and let us know and NOT to my surprise she did not get back to us. Now onto the house. Upon first arrival when opening the door there was a strong odor of what smlled like urine. It was bad enough that we had to go to Yankee Candle at the outlets to get candles and some plug ins. That eventually worked the smell away. The smell was really only in the kitchen and living area. Also no hot water.cut short,only allowed 1500 characters.
