Expansive View Spacious Modern Charm
Interior is Beautiful bright white shutters- gorgeous brand new furniture in every room new Leather couches in living room. Huge white new couch in media room. New TV. New tables in dining room and kitchen area. A/C nest easy to use works fast. Whole house fan. Fabulous views of Encinitas Ranch Golfers. BBQ area with large table chairs and lounge.
The space
Coastal living at it’s finest. Classy while also down to earth. Surrounded by world famous plant nurseries. 2 miles to the beach! Walking hikes right from the house. Views of Encinitas ranch golf course. 20 min drive to downtown San Diego endlessly fabulous restaurants, breweries & shops. If you love fresh fruit & veg Jimbo’s is the closest grocery store with the best produce in SD

There is 2,000 sq foot of useable space , three closets will be locked and not for use and one small room upstairs- but you will have 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths along with massive living and entertainment Areas! Obviously please treat everything with care and be clean and dry at all times.
