Ryan was very nice, helpful, and flexible bc we had to change our dates several times. He always responded quickly. Didn’t get a chance to use fire pit but basement was fun with different entertainment. Suggestion fridge in basement and missing skee balls. Beds comfortable and place very clean. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Best Virna

Great amenities, we didn’t use all of them but huge play area downstairs definitely helped keep the kids run out their energy.

This home is absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of room for 8 pp. the home is very clean and cozy. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to all the things and the kids loved the basketball hoop and all the fun in the basement. The owner was so great with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed! Loved it!

This is a great house in a great location! The open floorplan is wonderful, it's very well appointed and has everything you need to feel welcome and comfortable! The added basement space is so nice, but the outside amazing firepit is the best! We would definitely stay again if visiting the area!

Jenny’s place was perfect for our adult family stay. The house was very clean and modern with wonderful amenities like the beautiful backyard and deck. Covered parking for easy access. Wonderful finished basement with a large sectional and TV. Lovely ranch style home in an established quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this home for its easy access to Asheville sites.

Absolutely Perfect

Family of 8 from age 7 to 74. Rooms for entire family, loved the fire pit and the ease to get from and to property. Communication with property manager was terrific. All questions answered swiftly. Only recommendation, not a complaint, would be to add a few extra hooks on the wall in the master bath. PS. The stars at night were fantastic!!! Would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay - Would visit again

Exactly what you would expect from a Home-share rental. Well equipped with everything we needed and more. Sheets and towels super clean. Mattresses were all comfortable. Everything in working order. Hosts were very attentive. example: I asked about the availability of a particular appliance. It was not a necessary appliance and we were just curious if they had one. Host overnighted it via Amazon. Impressive.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, easy to access, and well stocked with kitchen utensils and towels. Nothing super fancy but our kids enjoyed the basement game room! We stayed for three nights and it was just what we needed.

Perfect house for a mountain getaway. It's a short drive into the city, while also being away from all the noise. The house itself is well taken care of with lots of activities for your entertainment. Ryan is an excellent host that communicates very well and quickly. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.
