This ended up being a perfect home to spend our 20th wedding anniversary in. Thank you for having us. We can hardly wait to come back again. The home was beautiful and clean. The host was easy to get in touch with and check in and out were a breeze and quick! The hot tub and pool were both great for relaxing at the house and the home was near by to a lot of fun things to do and great places to eat.

50th wedding anniversary vacation

It was a wonderful peaceful home with restaurants close by. The pool was great. It rained quite a bit in the evenings so we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub or tiki hut. But still very much enjoyed our stay

Relaxing Escape

We loved the house, the relaxed vibe, and the great surroundings. The pool and hot tub were great for our family to enjoy (heating worked great for enjoying in November), and the view was beautiful. We also enjoyed renting kayaks and paddleboards in the canal. It was a perfect escape!

It’s all about the pool area!

We had such a great week in this house. I brought 4 16 year olds and we had a blast. The house is exactly as described and the pool area is perfection. We also loved the area down by the canal, it’s so relaxing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Amazing!

We loved this property! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Checking in and out was extremely easy and we would definitely tilt be back. Our favorite was the pool/patio area & the canal behind the house. The hot tub worked amazing and the kids had a blast swimming. We fished, saw otters, turtles and enjoyed the amazing flowers on property! Would definitely be back!

Thoroughly Enjoyed

We just return home from our trip to Cape Coral, and could not have a more positive reaction to our stay Villa Like Heaven. The listing and pictures were entirely accurate, the BMI Team’s communication before and during our stay was excellent, and the location was perfect with plenty of nearby grocery/restaurant options. We would not hesitate to return to this property in the future.A special Thank You to Angie, who checked us in, and Janna, who quickly responded to our hot tub usability questions and also checked us out. They were both friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to meet.We look forward to future visits!Chad A.

Nice place in Cape Coral!

This was a very nice house for our family vacation this year! The pool and spa were the added bonus we were looking for and definitely put to good use. The management was extremely attentive to any needs. The only thing that was questionable to me was being charged for the electricity usage for the week. I knew it upfront before committing to the rental, but I rent MANY places each year through VRBO and I have never been asked to subsidize their electric bill. Wasn’t a complete dealbreaker, and I would still suggest this as a nice place to stay!

Dear Mary, First of all, thank you for your good rating. We are glad that you had a good time and would love to welcome you again as our guests. Regarding your objection regarding electricity costs, we would like to point out that the constantly rising energy costs also have an impact on vacation rentals and that all landlords in Cape Coral have a regulation regarding the allocation of electricity costs. These are of different nature. Often an allowance is granted and the additional costs are calculated with relatively high rates so that you have no overview. We have chosen the, in our opinion, transparent way by choosing a moderate rate for the electricity unit and you only pay for your own consumption. We hope that this regulation will also lead to a conscious use of resources. Stay well! The BMI Team

Villa Like Heaven

Everything in the photos is a solid representation of what you will experiance if you choose to vacation here. Check In was very easy, and Janna had the house looking just beautiful for our arrival. We did have a few minor things that we pointed out that needed some attention, and Janna was quick to get it taken care of for us. The location was what we wanted, and since there are multiple grocery stores within 10 mins, we never had far to go to pick up food and beverages. The pool/lanai was our favorite place to spend our days. The hot tub was a welcomed extra on the cool nights. We would definitely stay here again if it's available when we come down again! If you're looking for a vacation home in Cape Coral, I Highly recommend Villa Like Heaven!

Amazing

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Very clean and fully stocked with anything you need to cook meals. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, which is where we spent most of our vacation. My father and daughter enjoyed seeing all the turtles swim by in the canal. Fireworks from the pool on New Years was a surprising very amazing treat for us! Angelina was delightful , so helpful and accommodating. Shout out to the maintenance guy Sam and his son who came out and helped my husband find the Packer game on TV! Couldn’t have been a better time on our stay! Will book again!! Kim & Jon Wausau, WI

Wonderful stay!

My fiancé and I loved our stay at Villa Like Heaven! We used the pool and hot tub every single day. My fiancé loved to watch sports on the tv while sitting in the pool. I ate my breakfast, and had my coffee sitting at the little table in the pool. Fort Myers beach was a short 30 minute drive. The house is super close to everything you need shopping and restaurant wise. There is a really cool little island town called Matlacha less than 15 minutes away that reminded me of the Florida Keys. The house was clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They had pool floats, beach chairs, and a cooler! We bought a new beach umbrella and left it for others to use, the one that was there looked like it was broken by someone else. I would love to come back!! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Yes, this is Heaven!

We throughly enjoyed our stay, always too short though. We rent a house in Cape Coral just about year and this was the best rental property so far. The house, the pool, the TV on the lanai and the location were outstanding! I usually don’t write reviews but I feel this house deserved it. The guests prior to us forgot to sit the recycle and trash out but Jenn the manager had someone out that day to empty them. We experienced a broken toilet the second day there, I reported it Monday morning and a couple hours later someone arrived (wish I had caught his name), he was very nice and professional. He had all the parts necessary with him and fixed it in a matter of minutes. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a gas grill brush. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful especially at night. It is close to EVERYTHING in Cape Coral. We really hated to leave and even contemplated on staying another week but it was booked. We’ll return to “Heaven” one day soon!!

Schönes Ferienhaus an ruhiger Lage
