We had a wonderful stay in Chatham. The property was impeccably clean and very charming. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very well stocked—we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The walk-in showers were particularly nice for us sixty somethings. The bedrooms and living area were very comfortable. The host communicated in a very timely manner and provided immediate answers to any questions we had.The backyard was very cute but we were so busy that we didn’t have time to use it or the gas fire pit. This property is very close to downtown Chatham and we really enjoyed having so many restaurants and shops in such close proximity. We would highly recommend this house!

Very clean, organized, well maintained. Beds comfortable. Patio nice to sit on and private. House is more in a suburban neighborhood, it is quiet. Can walk in the neighborhood but cannot super safely walk to anywhere else. Host easy to communicate with.

We took a family vacation to Cape Cod and stayed at the Little Caper. The house is absolutely perfect! Clean updated kitchen and bathrooms. Hosts very responsive to every question that we asked leading up to our stay and during our vacation. House is located in close proximity to many beaches, restaurants and walking distance to town.

Chatham Beauty

This is a gorgeous, well-appointed home on a quiets cul-de-sac, but close to everything Chatham has to offer. We especially enjoyed being close enough to walk to the Chatham Pier. The home is beautiful and comfortable, and the outside area and fire pit are private and great for evening conversations. Highly recommended!

Great Week!

Most important to us is the quality and cleanliness of the property and this was one of the best we have ever rented in that regard. The property and furnishings were very clean and well appointed. A great deal of care was given to providing a great experience for the renter from the instructions and guest materials to the welcome treats and bottle of wine ... a nice touch. Owners were very responsive to messages in advance of arrival. We had a great time!

The Little Caper … delightful stay

Hosts are lovely, great communicators & have beautifully appointed this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We all arrived exhausted and came home refreshed … after visits to the beach, a week of family reunion, and lazy afternoons reading/relaxing. Very much appreciated being a couple of miles from town. TY!
