This newly renovated vacation rental includes a spacious private backyard area with a fire pit, two living spaces, 2 large bathrooms, high speed WIFI, a private work space and 3 comfortable beds (1 king/ 2 queens)! This property provides guests with easy access to I-35 so getting around Kansas or Missouri is a breeze!

* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced in yard at this home but the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
Host will not be on site during the stay but is a phone call, text or email away!

The BOHO LOUNGE has all the space and amenities that you need to create one of a kind memories on your vacation or staycation!! All bedrooms and one living room are located on the main floor. There is a lounge located in the basement with a walkout door to the patio/ Fire-pit area. These cozy living areas will accommodate up to 10 guests. Large Tv's included along with high speed internet.

The three bedrooms are equipped with 2 queen and one king beds. Each room has additional storage for belongings, bedside tables, lamps, and charging stations. The largest bedroom also feature a work space to easily shut the world out and get some work done if you need to travel for business.

This Kitchen is an open concept with a dine in bar so you don't miss a beat. It has all new stainless steel appliances and is equipped with all your basic essentials including dinnerware and cookware. Plenty of counter space to prep a meal or enjoy take out from one of the many local restaurants located within minutes. Enjoy a cup of coffee using one of the many brewing options while soaking up the sun in one of the 2 outdoor seating areas!! We provide K-Cups, creamer and sugar so no need to bring those items with you! The dining room table will expand and seat up to 8 as well as the patio table that will also seat 8.

Both bathrooms are newly remodeled and provide guests with ample lighting for getting ready with plenty of storage for personal items. The upstairs bathroom is located on the main floor will have a tub and shower, the downstairs bathroom has a stand up shower only. Luxury bath products featuring Tommy Bahama shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are included as well as dark make-up towels for your convenience. Each guest will receive one large bath towel and one wash cloth as well as hand towels.

This home has private parking via a driveway and can fit up to four vehicles.

Full-sized washer and dryer is also available!
