Walk to Bear Mountain. Just a few minutes to the Golf, Zoo, Lake, & Snow Summit. Located in the Moonridge Area. Beautiful open floor plan for the whole family to enjoy. Huge back deck with a gas BBQ.
*Booking guest MUST be 25 years or more. Per the City of Big Bear rules: House Contract & Good Neighbor Policy require signatures via email to facilitate. Sorry, if not signed, we can both get a $500 fine.
Walk to Bear Mountain. Just a few minutes to Moonridge Golf Course, Moonridge Zoo, Big Bear Lake and Snow Summit. Just a few minutes more to Big Bear Lake.
We are following the CDC Guidelines for cleaning. We use an EPA-approved disinfectant. We sanitize all high-touch areas. High touch surfaces include: Tables, doorknobs, light switches, counter tops, handles, phones, toilets, faucets, sinks, etc.
We offer a COMPLIMENTARY OPEN & CLOSE SERVICE
I have someone come and prepare the house for your arrival: Have the heater turned on so the house is warm, lights and hot water turned on, etc. Upon your departure, all you need to do is lock the windows and lock the door! I will have my service come and close the house for you so there is nothing to worry about.
This single story, open floor plan home sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (Master Bedroom is a California King, the two additional bedrooms are Queen Size beds), Queen size sleeper couch and 2 Twin Portable Futons. This is a high quality house. Granite countertops, full laundry room, mud room, foosball table, front deck, and huge back deck with a gas BBQ.
There is a huge field just off the back deck - perfect for snow play. Beyond that, a deep gorge -perfect for sledding - no need to pack lunches, no need to load the kids in the car...
House cleaning is required @ $120.00. We want the home to be fresh and clean for your each and every family...
Come enjoy a refreshing, beautiful day in Big Bear. Get lost in the fresh air, feel the stress melt away. Our local mountains are a perfect get away.

We bought our original home in Big Bear in 2003. It has kept our family close - it is a blast to be on the mountain or on the lake with my family...
What makes this property unique
Our home was built in 2005. This spacious 1800 sq home is located in Moonridge area in Big Bear Lake, California. It has all the amenities you would ever need. Walking distance to Bear Mountain ski slopes, the Moonridge Zoo. We extended our back deck the full width of the home - it is huge. Plenty of space to relax. We have an open field in the back for building a snowman, a gorge right there for sledding. No need to pack up the kids and pay for snow play ...just walk off the back deck!
