Double Down: Spacious Lakefront Retreat with Stunning Views & Hot Tub

Can't decide if today is more of a pool day or a lake day? Why not both? Double Down on your chances for having FUN at Lake Avalon's finest vacation rental complete with both a private dock for kayaking and swimming and your own private swimming pool (open May - mid-October) and hot tub (available year round)!

This home comfortably sleeps 12 in beds and 2 more on an air mattress. Spend time together in one of our two living rooms watching movies, playing pool, or playing cards or retreat to one of our decks where you can take in Lake Avalon's most beautiful views!

Located in beautiful Bella Vista, you are a 3 minute drive to Tanyard Creek to hike to our most beautiful waterfall. Grab your golf clubs and head out to one of Bella Vista's 5 golf courses or grab a bucket of balls at Tanyard Creek's driving range.

Mountain Bikers...you'll be thrilled to know that you are a 4 minute bike ride to the trail access for Little Sugar's Tunnel Vision - some of the BEST of the OZ Trail System. When you're not riding, store your bikes in the garage. One bay is reserved for our guests during their stay.

Just 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville, you will never be at a loss of what to do during your stay with us at Double Down.

**PET FEE**
A pet fee of $25/night/pet up to 2 dogs (NO CATS or other animals please) will be charged.

**POOL DISCLAIMER**
We do our best to make sure the pool is available at all times during the season; however there are times due to things out if our control such as weather and mechanical issues that the pool may need to be shocked or treated and may need to close for up to 24hours.

Great Stay!

We stayed this weekend for our daughter’s graduation. Our family enjoyed the stay and getting away from the crowds as we hung out and visited. It was the perfect place to gather and relax.

Great getaway!!

We had a wonderful time relaxing at the house and driving into Bentonville for dinner and going to the Crystal Bridges Art Museum. The property is perfect for staying out too and enjoying the lake, the pool, the hot tub and spending time with family! We will be back!!

This home is in a great location, peaceful lakefront with everything you need to enjoy the water! PLUS a pool, a game room, and lots of board games. We had a great time and highly recommend this property. Maria, the host, was so helpful with recommendations, and always very responsive.

Perfect vacation

The property was ideal for our family, The teens enjoyed the kayaks and pool. The entire family enjoyed the pool table and game table, Maria was very responsive to all our questions and a couple of little issues we had, Beds and bedding was exceptional. The kitchen was very well appointed and stocked. I would highly recommend this property and we are ever vacationing in that area I would definitly check for availability.

The lake was the best part for us. Our family loved all the floats, paddle board and canoes and just jumping in the water. The pool looked amazing but was just a little too cold for us. We were just too late in the season I think. The house was perfect size for our family of 12. We were able to spread out and enjoy each other. The home was clean and comfortable!

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful Vacation Home

This is a great place to stay with lots of room for the kids to play. The house is fully stocked with all essential needs. We cooked a wonderful Thanksgiving meal with just about everything available. We loved the fact that our dog could enjoy Thanksgiving with us instead of in a kennel. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great lakefront getaway.

This house has everything you need! We hit up Costco before heading to town and didn’t need to leave all weekend. A fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and a great view made it easy to just let the days slip away.

Lovely setting

Loved that the lake is small and no motor boats. Very peaceful. Easy access (if you are good with stairs) and we enjoyed the paddle board and kayaks. The host was very responsive when we needed something.

A wonderful place!

Everything was superb - house, amenities, location! Did I mention beautiful pool plus great dock on this beautiful little lake. Serene, clean, wooded and lovely. After dinner drinks on porch listening to the cicadas sing. Just perfect!
