Nicknamed by our 3 year old son, "The Cool House" has an open concept design, vaulted ceilings with large windows that create amazing natural light. Multiple sliding glass doors lead to an oversized raised deck with modern stainless steel cable railings, overlooking stunning views of the Moriches Bay. Fully renovated with luxurious finishes, newly furnished, awesome art and new memory foam mattresses throughout! Cuddle up & enjoy the warmth from the stacked stone gas fireplace, enjoy complementary WiFi, Netflix and YouTube TV or enjoy your favorite sports game on the 55” flat screen. Take a picture in the surfboard chair, You can even Ask Alexa to play your favorite soundtrack!

The property is located in an ideal place. not a lot of traffic kind of isolated, overlooking the bay. The house is well supplied . all the towels and the dishes that you need are there, Shampoo, cream, rinse soap. All you have to bring is your toothbrush, bathing suit, and a change of clothes.

Peaceful family stay!

We stayed here with our four children, ages 17-9, and everyone had a comfortable stay —plenty of space — and thought the property and surrounding area were beautiful. Sitting on the deck with morning coffee was so peaceful! The kids especially enjoyed the game room.

An excellent weekend away.

The house was amazing, the location was perfect I could see the ocean from the living room. The only issues were the flooded roads and a few lights with dead bulbs but the flooding is understandable since its so close to the ocean. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back.

Cool House

We didn’t get to fully utilize all of the amenities that the house provided since we were visiting with family for the duration of our stay. It was a perfect spot for us to unwind and wake up to each day. My only peeve was that I wish there was a Keurig because it is just easier when you have people waking at staggered times or one person wanting coffee. Overall it was a comfortable and quite pleasant stay!

Great Stay - Overseeing the Bay

My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities.

Lovely summer house

This house is just as beautiful in the pictures and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Dan is very communicative if you need something but the house had everything. Situated on water, we woke up to beautiful sunrises and could see osprey and herons on the water. At night we would walk to the pier along the shore. Would definitely rent again!

There was 10 of us and i was expected to be feeling crowded but with big outside deck and big open kitchen and living space we where all very comfortable. I choose the cool house because of it’s location. No traffic and not a lot of houses around us. Worked in Riverhead

For adult males stated this residence for five nights. We worked in Riverhead, which was about a half an hour away. What a beautiful place to stay. The views in the morning in the evening. Sunsets were unbelievable. The place is very nice and clean. Very quiet out on the water. Everything was just five stars. Thanks again.

Our stay at "The Cool House"

My wife, two children (28, 30) and I came to town for a couple of family events and stayed 11 days. If I had to sum up our time in a single word, I would use "Wonderful"! The check-in process was a breeze. The open floor plan made it feel like you were part of everything going on whether cooking in the kitchen, sitting at the table or on the couch. We spent time every night in the game room shooting pool, playing ping pong and foosball together. The only reason the TV was on at all was for a music channel. Any issues we encountered, our host took care of immediately. The best part for me personally was the unobstructed views of the bay. I used to work out there as a clammer 40 years ago, and often found myself just staring out at the water reminiscing! :)

Wow, better than expectations

This was a wonderful place for my family of 6 children, 2 adults to stay. Even though it rained most of the time there was still plenty to do with all the fun games downstairs. We loved everything about the house and would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable and relaxing.

Great vacation spot

This place was tucked away in a great location. Right on the bay and kayaks allow you to explore anywhere in the area. I was able to communicate with Daniel the entire time with any questions and the neighbor we met was awesome! Perfect spot to relax or take a trip to the Hamptons, Montauk, or even the mainland.

Fun on the water

The location is great, overlooking some tidal wetlands. The home is wonderfully finished with a great elevated deck off the back. We had a lot of fun in the game room downstairs as well.
