This is a very cute and charming apartment. It was perfect for two people. It is about a 15 minute drive from Salem, which was ideal for us. We enjoyed hanging out here after returning home for the evening. The owners were very helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at Sandy Bay Suites in Marblehead. The apartment was great! Very comfortable to relax in with tasteful furnishings. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and checking out this wonderful town. So close to Salem and the Essex Scenic Byway. Would highly recommend! Perfect for solo adventures

This is my second (or third) time renting this property - I love it, and I will come back whenever possible. The Old Town location is fabulous, and it's a 2 minute walk to Fort Sewall and the harbor. It's perfect size for an individual or a couple. A couple of caveats for those who might struggle with mobility: The stairs (front or back) are quite steep. And, the bathtub, while charming (and with a grab bar) is a clawfoot soaking tub, which requires the ability to climb in and out. Finally, the hosts are wonderful and extremely responsive.

It was clean, bright, quiet and conveniently located close to our daughter in Swampscott. The place was charming and historic. I would stay but would request for a place on the first floor or a straight staircase. Matt was a great host who sent an email in advance with all the info we needed.
