Look no further....this is the best rental in Desert Falls Country Club! This one is for the picky traveler. Beautiful, Peaceful, SINGLE LEVEL Villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. AS OUR GUESTS, YOU HAVE FULL USE OF COUNTRY CLUB AMENITIES AT NO CHARGE including updated fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, ClubHouse and golf privileges (regular green fees). Our Villa has NO stairs…no one above you-no one below you. Cul-de-sac location w/ gated front courtyard. Feels like a private home. Wi-Fi internet and 3 new "smart" ROKU TVs. Perfect private setting just steps from a beautiful pool and hot tub. Super comfortable Cal King beds in master bedroom and guest bedroom, 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Den/sitting area in kitchen nook. Large laundry room, gas BBQ, pack-n-play, high chair, cards and games (including a poker table and chips). We would love to host you as our guests! Come enjoy a little slice of PARADISE!

Amazing stay

Karen’s home was everything I expected and much more. The home was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The beds were some of the best we have slept on and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you would need. Clearly Karen knows what people staying at her home will need and enjoy. An Inviting Piece of Paradise

Warm and spacious, the owners have gone to great lengths to make their guests feel immediately at home. Bedrooms and living spaces are thoughtfully furnished to meet every need - with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms to cozy robes for cool mornings. The location in Palm Desert is excellent. The community has a well equipped gym and golf course, and the tennis and pickleball communities are friendly and inclusive. This place was everything we had hoped for and more!

We had a great week with my daughter’s family. Our grandchildren ( 6&8 years old) loved the pool that was conveniently located close to our unit. The staff at the tennis club and restaurant were friendly and welcoming. Karen was always responsive and even let us extend our checkout time when our airline changed the time of our flight home. Fantastic host and stay

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Karen was to work with. I was to stay with my husband and friends at her home in Palm Desert. Sadly, my husband passed away in the summer. This resulted in a number of changes to my plans. Karen was kind and supportive throughout this. She never once complained about the changes and made everything work smoothly. Her home is also absolutely lovely. The pictures are accurate. It is a perfect layout for big groups, is tastefully furnished, and very welcoming. She also has it really well-stocked. Whenever we needed something, we would find it in the cupboards. Honestly wish I could rate her higher.

Immaculate Condo: Karen and Cleve's Condo is well stocked and in pristene condition.

The property is well located on a cul de sac with the pool nearby. It has been well maintained and has all of the amenities one could ask for. It worked out very nicely for our party of 6. One night the handle of one of the bathrooms broke. I called Karen and her Handyman came the next morning and fixed it. Being on one level was a plus.

Just keeps getting better!

The accommodations were perfect! The condo is spacious and bright. Very comfortable!

We were in Palm Springs for a golf tournament and stayed on for Christmas. Karen decorated for us and it was wonderful! The bedrooms and baths were spacious and very clean and we all had our own baths. My son and his family joined us from SF and we all had a marvelous holiday.

A great experience start to finish!

The house was beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we could have needed. We really enjoyed the area and all it has to offer with golf, pools, hot tubs and courts for tennis and pickle ball. We live in the San Francisco Bay Area. After vacationing in Palm Desert for more than 30 years, we finally purchased a home of our own in Desert Falls in 2004. We welcome you to experience the magic of our favorite getaway destination. This truly is a SLICE OF PARADISE!!

Why they chose this property

There is something in the air in Palm Desert that makes you want to slow down, take a deep breath, and live in the moment. There is a peacefulness there that we have never experienced in other vacation destinations. The clear blue sky, the palm trees against the majestic mountain backdrop, the flowers and lush green grass, and the sparkling pools create this calm, relaxing feeling. After all theses years, we still feel so lucky to have found the magic in Palm Desert.

What makes this property unique

It is not all about relaxing...Palm Desert has some of the most fun nightlife experiences, amazing restaurants, unique shopping, and great people watching ever! El Paseo (Palm Desert's own Rodeo Drive) is usually the first stop. We love Armando's for lunch (watch out for the margaritas..they are strong!), Tommy Bahamas restaurant has a great atmosphere, as does Pacifica. Roc's Firehouse has moved to Cook Street, but still has great food and a party atmosphere. Karaoke is fun on Thursdays and live music on weekends. Morton's "Power Hour" in the bar is fun too. The Marriott Desert Springs has a wonderful new Spa complete with hot tubs, pool, lounging, and poolside food and beverage service. so beautiful and relaxing!
