We loved staying at Fred and Lee’s cottage. It was very cozy and we loved the outdoor spaces in the front and the back. Very private but also an easy walk to town. We can’t wait to come back

Adorable Cottage

Pristine, comfortable seating and bed, lovely areas to sit outside. Essex is a beautiful town, walking distance from the cottage. There are so many huge sugar maples that coming back in the Autumn is a thought. If so, would not hesitate to stay here again.Adjacent towns also quaint. Gillette Castle, though still closed for the season has really beautiful grounds to walk/hike all year.

Beautiful little Cottage

For what looked a little cottage it was incredibly spacious. Great layout and use of space made it feel like a large one bedroom house. The area was nice and quiet and I was able to do a daily workout on the track located just next to the property with easy access through a lockable gate.

Perfect getaway

This adorable house was perfect for the two of us. They made such great use of the space! It was quiet and prettier in person. We walked into town a few times instead of driving. The downtown area was very cute and the food in a number of restaurants we ate at was all very good. We hope to go back soon.
