Welcome to luxurious living on Sanibel island. We offer a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful gardens of Pointe Santo.
Within our penthouse condo you will find a wonderful, warm and well appointed home, designed to delight your senses with all the extras you might expect with fine living.
The screened in lanai is perfect for your morning coffee or tea. From the lanai, climb the spiral staircase to the private penthouse level for time on your sun deck, with a 360 degree view of Sanibel. What a place to watch sunrise and sunset.
You’ll have 2 spacious bedrooms and a separate space for “one of a kind” built in bunk beds the kids will absolutely love!
Of course you’ll find 3 smart tv’s, fine linens, choice of pillows, and fine appointments throughout. Our home has a washer dryer, and everything you’ll want in the kitchen. *****Hurricane Ian Recovery: Pardon our dust! The association is currently undergoing work to rebuild after Hurricane Ian. You may experience some noise and construction activity during your stay.
·Amenity Availability: The tennis and pickleball courts are currently open and also beach volleyball. As well as the pool and pavilion area.

We had a great time at your condo! The a condo is well appointed and is nicely furnished. The location is very convenient to get to shops and restaurants. The beach is a short walk and there are an adequate number of lounge chairs. The pool is a bit small but we spent most of our time on the beach, so it wasn’t an issue.
