We’ve rented houses in this area for the past 5 summers and this place is by far the most well taken care of and stocked. She has any kitchen device, beach toy, fishing stuff, you name it. Easy walk or golf cart to the beach, lake fun out back, it’s great 10/10!

This property was perfect for our three families with teens. A house with three master suites is so hard to find, and we had enough space for everyone and then some. The bunk rooms and shared bathroom worked very well for our group as well. The lake/beach combo, along with the included kayaks and paddle boards, was a hit with the kids. Andra could not have been more hospitable and communicative. One of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in, and we plan to come back!

This property is impeccable! They literally have thought of everything that a guest would need. From the drink station, cleaning a kitchen supplies, custom closets and all the fun outdoor activities. We will definitely visit again!

We’ve been going to 30a for nearly 25 years and this was by far the best house we’ve ever stayed in. It was spacious and extremely well stocked. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the house. Everyone had a king size bed and water view which was a bonus. AC worked well (important during the summer months) and there were fans in every bedroom. The pool was great to have. We paddle boarded to the beach every day. Truly a dream vacation. Not to mention the property manager was great and even left us a small welcome treat which was a nice touch! We’ll definitely be back soon.

Within minutes of walking through the front door, we knew we had made the right choice. This home exceeded every expectation we had.The accommodations are outstanding, but what truly sets this property apart is the incredible attention to detail. Every room has been thoughtfully designed, and it’s obvious the owners have anticipated just about anything a guest could need. From beach gear and kayaks to backyard entertainment and countless little conveniences you don’t realize you need until they’re there, this home is stocked better than any vacation rental we’ve ever experienced.After more than 20 years of renting beach houses, I can honestly say this is, by far, the finest one we’ve ever stayed in. The difference is immediately noticeable because this home is lovingly owned and cared for by individuals—not managed by a large rental company—and it absolutely shows in every detail.If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. We will definitely be back, and we can’t recommend this home highly enough.

Our stay at your beautiful home was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect setup for our three families. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach, and everything we needed for our beach days was already provided. Amazing stay at 30A

We loved our week at this property - centrally located between some of the busier areas like Seaside or Rosemary Beach but more of a quiet residential feel so best of both worlds. The pool is small but was perfect for cooling off and relaxing around. House was well equipped and beds were comfortable although bunk beds better suited for kids rather than adult children.

Excellent property

This home was perfect for us. It was on the lake with its own private dock. The provided paddle boards and kayaks were a hit every day. A short walk to the beach with the provided beach supplies made our beach days great. The layout of the home was well thought out and served our family of 13 like a dream. Our hosts were very responsive about any questions we had. Wonderful stay.
