Great location for spring training and watching games at the nearby DD Casino. Clean home, patio and pool in beautiful shape, already heated (although not completely necessary for 105 degrees in March)! One small nitpick: bring your own shower accessories, the wall canisters were empty.

We had a great time and really loved the pool and outside area. Lots of pool towels and coffee, the most important things. Beds and livingroom were very comfortable.A couple of negatives; the dishwasher really needs to be replaced and we could never get the patio fan to work, neither were too big a deal.We had a great time and would definitely stay again. We have stayed at multiple vrbo rentals in the area over the last 5 years and this house had the nicest outdoor/pool area.

Pool was nice, but not heated as advertised. No hot water to kitchen sink. Only one teaspoon in utensil drawer. We had to purchase batteries for the bbq igniter. These were the main things…Otherwise our stay was lovely.

Great stay

I traveled with a small group of friends in Phoenix for spring training. This was a great location to easily get to multiple ballparks and a variety of restaurants. The pool and back patio were excellent places for the mornings and evenings.

Bed was comfortable, neighborhood was nice and quiet, the house really was close to everything. The only request I would have would be to have a skimmer on hand, so guests can get any bugs that get into the pool. I would definitely stay here again.
