Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have Queen size beds with memory foam mattresses. Bedroom four has a Full Size bed and bunk beds perfect for the kiddos. Blackout shades in all bedrooms so you can relax and sleep in during your vacation. Pocket moving glass wall slider so you can enjoy indoor/outdoor Florida living at it finest. Beautiful kitchen featuring high end appliances, walk-in pantry and island w/ seating. Wonderful stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the lanai and the pool. Steven was a great host who communicated with us very quickly for any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay again

Great place owned by great people

We recently stayed here and had the BEST trip!!! The house and pool was perfect, clean, spacious, beautiful, centrally located, all the amenities….I could go on and on!!! Steve was great to work with!!! I would highly recommend this home to anyone!!! You will not regret a single penny spent on this location and you will not deal with people anymore wonderful!!!

Steven was an excellent host! He responded quickly to all of our questions, even had ice cream waiting in the freezer for the kids! He and his wife definitely thought about all the household needs you may have from toiletries to bandaids and games for the kids. The house is exactly as pictured and everything was very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or host for the week. The house is also in a great location. Minutes from down town Cape Coral and super close to Fort Myers. If you love a little home town feel and host that will think of everything this is the house & place for you!! If ever in Cape Coral again I will certainly look for this listing! Thank you Steven for a great experience!

Beautiful vacation home in a quiet neighborhood

What a lovely place to call home for a week with our family! The salt water pool is amazing, especially if you have kids, and the house has all the comforts of home. It's close to Publix and so many great restaurants. We got a lot of use out of the pool table, and I enjoyed my morning walks through the quiet neighborhood. We made great use of the Lanai in the morning for coffee/breakfast and the evenings before bed. It was a bit of a drive to most of the beaches that were open, but we tried a new one almost every day, including Sanibel, Boca Grande, Venice and Fort Myers (though the hurricane damage there was heartbreaking to see). Steve got back to us immediately whenever we reached out before and during our stay, and he also had wonderful dining recommendations for us. We especially enjoyed Deep Lagoon for our anniversary dinner. 😊 Highly recommend this Cape Coral gem!

Vacation rental

The house was beautiful and the pool was amazing, cold but amazing nonetheless. We had some questions when we arrived and the host was very quick to respond in a timely manner every time. Would definitely stay again the next time we plan a trip to Florida!!!
