Idyllic Beach Front Access Cottage, East Hampton

Spectacular 60's Modern beach house located on a secluded bluff in East Hampton on Gardner's Bay, next to a 17 acre preserve. Has all the modern amenities for an incredible stay. Complete with stunning views & relaxing vibe. The house has a set of stairs that lead directly to the bay.

East Hampton contemporary hideaway at the water's edge and overlooking Gardiner's Island and the Napeague shoreline. Walls of glass frame the view from the living room which has a wonderful stone fireplace. Great kitchen also with big views. Two lovely bedrooms, one bath. Lounge on the deck, in the hammock or walk along the shoreline. This is the perfect Hampton's rental retreat.

Private stair case that garners you access to the shoreline. Guests can also walk for a short distance along the water to Gardiners Bay Beach. The home also features a loft with a twin bed, which can accommodate an additional guest. In addition, the home has a grill plus a washer and dryer.

Sally’s house is a great beach house, in an amazing location right by the bay. Sally is a wonderful host - she and her property manager Josh were super responsive before and throughout our stay. I hope we can come back next year!

Beautiful house in a stunning location

Sanctuary on the bay

My husband and I spent a weekend at the cottage. It was restorative, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice. The views, landscaping, and back deck were perfection. We would definitely book it again.

Outstanding in every way

Thoughtfully appointed and one of the most peaceful locations there is, truly a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Communication was best in class as was the house, description and overall spot. Was happy to have access to beach, kayaks, paddle board and bicycles to explore the amazing scenery and town.

Wonderful getaway

This is one of the loveliest places I’ve stayed: overlooking the water with access to the beach right out back; great clean and cozy style and super nice fixtures and features throughout; the whole place has a great vibe that makes you wish it were yours! Sally was wonderful to connect with on the practicalities and whatnot. Thank you! We hope to be back!
