The location was great for what we needed. We wanted to be close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. We also wanted something peaceful and quiet. We loved the stream by the property. It was just what we needed.

Wonderful location and quite unique compared to the typical Colorado arid environment as there was a running mountain stream in the backyard. Very relaxing setting and would absolutely stay again.

We stayed for an extended weekend with convenient outings to Garden of the Gods, 7 Falls and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. The property is clean, beautiful and well equipped. We had a fabulous time and loved our stay. I highly recommend this property!! Thank you.

Our host was superb! She was very communicative and eager to help and make suggestions of where to visit. (Thanks for the tip on the local Cantina!). The house is cozy and quiet. Even though houses are close by, the trees, creek and bushes act as perfect cover. The place is very family-friendly as long as you don’t permit children on the stairs. But there are ample child gates in the house! Everything was readily available, beds nice and firm and even had great towels! My only suggestion is to try and get softer pillowcases in the master loft BR. I thought they were a little too rough in texture. (I usually carry a satin pillowcase when I travel, but that’s the only thought for improving). This is a perfect getaway that is easily located to Manitou Springs, cozy, comfortable rustic home! Thank you!

Had a great stay here. We had different place booked that canceled last minute so we were happy they were able to accommodate us with only 24hr notice. This is a great location, less than 10 minutes to downtown manitou springs and garden of the gods. Peaceful neighborhood, really nice sitting out on the deck by the stream.We had just our small family but this house could easily accommodate a large group with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Well stocked kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals. Loved that everything in the home was labeled and easy to find.Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. My only negative was the cleaning and service fees that weren’t included in the nightly rate so beware when booking price is a little higher than it looks.

Great house in Manitou Springs! Our group of three couples had all the space we needed. We loved gathering in the kitchen. Easy to make breakfast with the wonderful collection of pots and pans. After a day of fun we sat downstairs by the rushing stream watching the birds and deer. Manitou Springs was a delight - so many shops and restaurants. Old Colorado City is nearby as well with lots of shopping and restaurants too. Thanks for a great stay!

It was the most convenient location. Close to everything. The kitchen was fully equipped, towels galore, stocked on soap , toilet paper,trash bags. Love the commication, although nothing much was needed. Will definitely stay there again.

The house is nestled in a wooded area and a creek flows just below the deck, creating a magical and relaxing space for those gathered. The home is fitted with tables that allow guests to gather and share time with ease. Our hosts were quick to respond and set a welcoming tone throughout our stay. Beyond that, the house is close to countless attractions, which adds ease to exploring the surrounding area.
