Beautiful Southampton Village cedar shake home set on just shy of a half acre lot featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/dining room and living room . Great outside entertaining area with heated pool, large deck, gazebo and lush landscaping . Fully heated home with shed for storage . Close to all shops , beaches and restaurants on a quiet street. Great for one or two families to come and enjoy the summer months. House is fully stocked with linens, towels, and kitchenware.
