Beautiful Stay in Destin

We had a great stay at Pelican Beach. The propert is right on the beach with two pools. The unit was exactly like the pictures and it was perfect for my daughter and I for 4 nights. We will be back!

The unit was very nice, clean and modern. Additionally, the resort itself was very well kept. Communication with the owner was excellent. Haydar was very responsive, getting back to us within minutes. Would highly recommend to anyone else planning a vacation to Destin.

Amazing stay and trip

Our stay was absolutely amazing and loved our condo 412 at Pelican Beach Resort. The Owner was so accommodating and very helpful, and whenever I needed help with something (booking chairs) or anything at all had great communication! Will definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The view was absolutely beautiful, and the unit was clean and comfortable when we arrived. Having a bathtub was a huge plus for our little one, too.The 4th-floor location was perfect, high enough to have an incredible view, but still low enough that we didn’t have to wait forever for an elevator or make a long trek up and down with a toddler.We also loved having the beach tiki bar right there. It was so nice to grab a drink and relax by the pool without having to go anywhere. Overall, this condo was a great fit for our family, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views. Chairs and umbrellas that were in outside closet are pretty weathered. Most were rusty and moldy and broken. Dirty dishes were in dishwasher at check-in. Used straw was in one of the beds. Otherwise room was as described and views are breathtaking.

We are glad you think views were breathtaking and that you liked the unit, but also surprised to learn about cleaning issues. We provide our cell phone, and respond immediately to any guest issues right away. For example if you mentioned the chairs, we would have immediately provided new chairs.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely beautiful and made our trip even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with quick responses and clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
