Needs a good deep clean. Very dirty base boards, The floor made our feet black when we walked in without shoes who knows the last time it was mopped. Hand prints all over the windows. The Paint is peeling off the walls in many spaces and looks like the walls have not been wiped down in a long time. The surfaces and beds were clean but no actual blankets on the beds just a sheet and a duvet cover.

Response from VrboOwner on 3 July 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the condo did not meet expectations and that the overall level of detail in the cleaning and upkeep was not where it should have been. We’re glad to hear the main surfaces and beds were clean, but we understand that the rest of the condo should have reflected that same standard as well. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have been happy to send someone out to address any concerns right away. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be reviewing this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to make improvements.

Perfect for a beach getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the Summit. The corner unit was perfect for a little extra room on the balcony. Being on the 2nd floor was nice as we did not have to wait for elevators.

Great condo!

We came down for Thunder Beach and absolutely loved this room. It was very spacious and very clean. It had everything you could need. Room door was directly in front of stairs so no need to wait on the elevator. Larger bed in second bedroom could use a different mattress but overall a perfect room. Will definitely be booking again.

We appreciate your feedback about the mattress in the second bedroom and will look into it to ensure an even better stay next time. We’re so glad to hear you’ll be booking again — we look forward to hosting you in the future!

Peaceful Retreat

Perfect for us as we were visiting family staying at same property. 2nd floor location near stairs and elevator made it super easy to get up and down to our unit. End unit provided larger balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather and gulf breezes. Nicely decorated with a beachy/coastal theme. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for me and my family. Security was always on point. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of towels for our 4 night stay.
