A brand new condo unit at Makati CBD complete with everything like air-con, water heater and home appliances. We also have high - speed WIFI, cable tv, Netflix and 24hr security. All you have to do is to enter and enjoy the 5-star condo living Jazz residences can offer.
Studio type with double size bed with pull out and sofa bed complete with wardrobe, beddings, kitchen complete with all the utensils including electric water kettle, microwave, induction and rice cooker, bath room with heated shower and bidet hand shower spray.
Getting Around :
Walking distance from Ayala Triangle, Greenbelt, Glorieta and Rockwell.
A Mall (Jazz Mall) located at the ground level with 24/7 SM Hypermarket and restaurant like Kuya J, Vikings luxury buffet, Savory and others.
At the heart of Makati CBD 15-20minutes from/to NAIA Airport, near Ayala MRT Station, parking available at the 2nd Floor and mall parking at the ground floor.
Other things to note:
1. Swimming pools opens at 6am
fee: 150 per head on weekdays and
week ends
300 per head on public holidays
2. Parking fee are shouldered by the guest
