Great place to stay for our family. 4th floor was nice as it is the same level as the parking. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture and plenty of space for our party of 5. Large balcony to fit everyone. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our trip. The ocean front view from the balcony is as good as it gets and being able to hear the ocean in the background when you are resting in the master bedroom is quite relaxing and enjoyable. This was one of the easiest check-in processes we have experienced in our staying in the North Myrtle Beach area. The bedrooms were quite comfortable and the appliances worked well. The wifi was great and very reliable. The price paid was very reasonable. We hope to have the opportunity in the future to stay here again. Thank you again, Susan.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were very comfortable for our 2 week stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Appliances, including washer/dryer, stove/fridge/coffee maker, all worked well. We had a beautiful view of water and sand and would definitely stay here again!

The place was great. Very clean and a great place for our family vacation. Will definitely stay again. Only issue we had all week is with the key lock it is very hard to punch in the numbers but other than that everything was wonderful.

Loved the location and the condo has many great amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need, right on the beach, whirlpool and pool! The condo is very nice and the beds comfortable. Does need a thorough cleaning and the utility closet and air filter needs addressed. All in all, a lovely stay and would book again.

Perfect location and space

This is the 2nd summer in a row my family chose this condo for our family vacation. It’s quiet, plenty of space and ocean front. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to booking again! Easy entry, perfect parking, beach is gorgeous and the owners very responsive and kind.

Wonderful getaway.

We've been coming to the area for the last 9 years and the location of this unit is perfect for us. It's a short walk to the inlet, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, and everything we needed for a quiet week away. Hosts were excellent to work with and communicated with us quickly. Great condo

We had a great stay at Sea Pointe 403. The condo was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed including a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. It has a wonderful view of the beach and is just a short walk up to the inlet. We would absolutely stay here again if returning to the area.

We had an excellent week in an ocean front condo. Although, this is an older building, it has been renovated and the various people in the building were very nice. My only complaints would be for the hard mattress in the master bedroom and for the lack of tvs in the other 2 bedrooms. Overall, a good spot for looking at the ocean from the balcony.

Perfect getaway

Property is at a perfect spot. You are far enough away from downtown to not have to deal with a bunch of people, but still within a few minutes of a drive to do whatever you want/need. Condo was spacious and clean. Was perfect for 5 adults and 2 children. Definitely will be back!
