This spacious property features a well-appointed and air-conditioned 3 bedroom/ 2-bathroom house in Naples (Golden Gate). The screened-in lanai includes a heated pool and a spa with comfortable loungers as well as wet bar/ barbeque and dining area. There is a bonus air-conditioned game room with pool table. The beach is only 20-minute drive away, and the house includes beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and boogie boards for your use. There are several grocery stores, restaurants, and bars nearby.

Perfect for golf buddies on a long weekend

Rental was clean, spacious and well laid out. Close to restaurants, etc. Would stay here again. The only suggestion for improvment is that there were no instructions nor obvious process for heating up the pool or hot tub, so we just didn’t use them.

Comfortable and Homey

The house was clean, well maintained, nice open concept. The pool/spa lanai was a plus. Spent many evenings out on the lanai playing cards and listening to music. Pool/spa was clean and very beautiful lit up at night. The owner/manager was quick to respond with any answer to our questions or concerns. Would highly recommend staying in this home.

Good for families

Good property with nice outdoor space and plenty of beds. The hot tub ran but didn’t warm much past 88. Outdoor space was very nice. Property manager very responsive. Location was more inland from beach which made for longer drives (lots of traffic bc of holiday weekend) but was very quiet

Great place, lot's of room, perfect pool area

We were here for 5 nights for golfing, we absolutely loved the house. It is well-equipped, the pool table was a lot of fun and the pool was refreshing after the golf game. Do not hesitate, a very safe and quiet area.
